Mountain Retreat with a Game Room, Firepit, & Shared Resort Amenities

The property was lovely, well maintained and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the space. Additional seating in the main living room and on the deck would have been the icing on the cake, as would games. We thought there would be games based on the description, but there was only ping pong. If we return, we will bring some!

Excellence all around ! Beautiful, clean , peaceful, spacious, high quality ! Just watch for deer and windy narrow roads - they can be tricky especially at night ! We will be coming back !

The cabin was beautiful and super clean. Tons of space and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need. The grill works great. It was nice to have a separate place downstairs for those who wanted to watch football and play ping pong while others wanted to nap upstairs. The layout of the house is great if you have teenagers who would like to get away from the adults for a bit (or vice versa :-) The only issues we had were checking in to the resort. They did not have our names on the list. My son was arriving later so I called to make sure they got us all on the list before he arrived, but they still did not have him on the list even though he arrived several hours after us. Thankfully the people at the gate were super nice and allowed us all to enter since we had the confirmation code and address. If you are looking for a getaway just to relax and hang out at a cabin this is a fantastic choice! We would stay here again.

Our family of 7 absolutely loved staying in this comfy cabin. The house was clean and stocked. It was so quite and we were able to see a lot of wildlife including a bear. There was lots of things to do in the cosawatee resort unfortunately they no longer did day passes for the pools and we were unable to get a guest pass through the cabin as they were sold out of the cards. Still a great place to stay! Our family loved having a ping pong tournament every night. Highly recommend for any family!!

-Very clean -Like new cabin -Nice views, but not secluded due to being in a resort. -Separate bedrooms gave privacy in cabin. -Gas fireplace was fantastic for the cold weather we had.

We loved everything about the cabin. Location, plenty of parking, cleanliness. The only thing that could be improved would be the beds are a bit firm, but that’s being picky. We loved everything about it and would definitely stay again!

We loved this condo for the large bedrooms, it was very clean, the drive was fairly easy from Ellijay, and when I had a question about the cabin, I had quick responses from the management company.

We loved our stay at the Rustic Retreat. We had 4 families with 4 babies all under 15 months. The cabin was super spacious and open, with a shared swimming pool that tbe babies enjoyed. However with 4 babies, the parents relied heavily on baby monitoring and wifi was cutting in and out like crazy and we were not able to monitor our babies, which was quite nerve wracking. Also, our guest binder was missing its pool pass so we were almost denied access to the pool but after explaining in detail our situation to the pool staff, they were very understanding and let us in. With four babies, we tried calling tbe Vacasa team and they reached back out to us after quite a while, when we were already granted access to the pool.

This home was very spacious, nice and clean. Just a warm and comfortable home to retreat to, away from the city. We really enjoyed ourselves and this property had a lot to do with it.
