Stayed Jan 29, 2026The host was great! We love the places and the spaces. We were disappointed in the hot tube because we could not get it to work, and the heat was not keeping it cool up stairs and last the tube water pressure could have been a lot more hot. We would be glad to come back and stay again

Stayed Dec 19, 2025Everything was well kept and clean. We had a great time even though half of our group wasn’t able to make it due to an illness.It is easy access from the property to the main parkway where all the shops and attractions are.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Beautiful cabin, lovely neighborhood. Just far enough off the main drag but still close enough where we were in and out multiple times daily. Our kids absolutely loved the downstairs area with theatre room, pool table, games, and pool. It was nice for them to have their own space. We loved it here and hope to come back!!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025The house was nice but the hot tub had a leak which they did send someone to fix. But we had a leak with water pouring from the ceiling from the bathtub and when I called them they told me they had no one on call and we would be a priority in the morning. We turned off the water to that bathroom and never saw anyone when we left on Sunday and this happened on Tuesday. The hot tub only got used once because I had to contact them where it turned green and was told someone would be out to check it no one ever showed up. They did refund some of my money but I am still in shock, we had water pouring down the walls and thru the ceiling and they had no one they could send out til the morning! I was afraid to turn the lights on until it dried out! I just hope they get someone to fix it before it completely ruins the house.

Stayed May 31, 2025The cabin exceeded our expectations! Great layout and had plenty to keep our kids busy. Everything was in immaculate condition and very clean. The owners were amazing and were available for any questions we had. We'd definitely rent this cabin again and rent from this owner again!! They definitely made our trip SO much better!

Stayed May 12, 2025We just got back from staying in this home. Check in/check out were easy. Owners were very responsive. Home was clean and bright. Kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we did eat there. Pool basketball and hoop were great to have for the kids since the pool is small. The kids had plenty to do while at the house with the comfy movie room, pool table, and arcade game. Beds were comfy. Location couldn’t get any better, we were hidden in the mountains but only a 20-30 min drive to almost everything. We did Pigeon Forge/Dollywood, Gaitlinburg, hikes in the National Park. Also, there is Wildside, which is only a 5 min drive from the property. We did a UTV ride and loved it! They have zip lining/mountain biking to name a few. Definitely recommend this home for your next vacation to Pigeon Forge area.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025We loved our stay at Mountain Haven. There was so much to enjoy in the cabin. It’s a quick drive to the city attractions, but we loved that it was a quiet, peaceful location away from the commotion. Would love to return to this cabin!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025We came down for Spring Break to get out of Michigan. Last time we came down, we brought our camper. This was a shorter trip so we decided to check out VRBO! This house is amazing! Clean, decorated beautifully, with everything we needed to stay for 5 days! The communication was on point since day one! We had so much room and my two teen boys loved this house! The hot tub and pool were a necessity for the kids and ourself! We will be back to rent again. Easy. Smooth and everyone was so nice!

Stayed Feb 27, 2025This place was exactly what you see in the pictures. Very clean, spacious and beautiful!!!My family had the best time there. Everything you can think of doing was at the most 30 minutes away! The pool is the only downside. It was a very nice pool however the room is heated not the pool. The water was too cold to swim. The kids still tried though. Highly recommend. I will be booking again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This home was awsome. Our family had such a good time. You dont never have to leave the place. They have games and so much more. The pool was alittle cold but we didnt care to pass on the pool. Very close to Peigon Forge and still out in the county. It can actually accommodate 4 cars which is a plus . We will rent again!
