It was very clean, and pet friendly. The yard has a steep slope which made walking our dog harder but still was enjoyable. The beds were extremely comfortable. We would stay here again.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Mountain Dew cabin! Everything was clean, tidy and well prepared for our arrival. Our hosts were so kind, accommodating and communicative! We loved the location and coziness of a cabin- perfect for our friend group of 3 and pup, Jasper! Perfect weekend with a visit to Dollywood and we’ll definitely be returning when we can :) Thanks again!

The property is listed as a 3-bedroom and sleeps 6, but that’s a bit of a stretch. The futon in the living room isn’t very comfortable for sleeping, and there wasn’t enough seating for 5 people to sit comfortably and watch TV. The TV in the main bedroom is quite small—maybe around 32 inches—which makes it hard to watch from the bed due to the distance. The living room TV initially wouldn’t work, but we were eventually able to get it going. The grill pictured in the listing wasn’t what was provided. Instead, there was a small camping grill on a post off the driveway. It was awkward to use because the grate wasn’t removable, making it difficult to add charcoal. The driveway is very steep. We scraped the front end of our Ford Escape multiple times trying to get in and out, so I wouldn’t recommend this cabin for cars with low clearance.Upstairs, the outlets are far from the bed, so I’d recommend bringing a longer charging cord. Also, it gets quite warm up there—even with the thermostat at 70F—so a fan would be helpful. The place was reasonably priced, but it would be a tight fit for 6 people. The water pressure in the downstairs sink was barely more than a trickle. Also, the cabin could use a thorough dusting.Overall, it was okay, but there are definitely some things to be aware of before booking.

Walked into lots of spiderwebs inside, found dead bugs on furniture, cobwebs inside that had been there a long time, also on the outside chairs, sofa bed in pictures isnt there, its a futon that the springs sqeak, daughter couldn't sleep on it, i contacted the owners with my concerns, 4 hours later i spoke with him, they tried to help with blankets and towels, and a broom to take down cobwebs, i told him about cobwebs and walking into spiderwebs but he didn't seem to care much, just felt like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, i realize its a cabin in the woods but should have been cleaned better before we arrived, the grill was so rusty didn't want to eat food off it so we bought a small portable one. Yes we could have cleaned it but after seeing all that rust we didn't want to use it.

House has 3 levels, main bedroom downstairs, loft upstairs. If you have a small older dog might want to consider a pet gate as our pug fell down the stairs twice. Living room furniture was quite hard and uncomfortable, husband left with back pain. King bed comfy. Overall good stay! back pain

We had a wonderful time. The place was very clean with alot of space. We will be coming back to this cabin. We also seen there is a camera on the little shop on the side of the cabin i wasn't aware of the camera but i completely understand the reason for it!

Beautiful cabin and scenery - takes a while to reach town or get back. Driveway for the cabin is in a very deep decline/rise on one side. One entry/exit. Fireplace wouldn’t come on. Owner didn’t answer text to say if it was broken. Otherwise, nice cabin.

The cabin was nothing short of amazing, it was just as subscribed. Road to the cabin is very steep and scraped the bottom on my car every time you went up or down the road. Overall it was a great experience

The only reason a 4 and not a 5 is that the final road to the cabin is rather harrowing: vertical, narrow and with potholes. However, everything else was excellent: hot tub clean and working, cabin spotless, showers had plenty of pressure and hot water, and check in and out was easy. More: most cabins will have a narrrow road. Just get the potholes fixed. Cabin still highly recommended

The water to the cabin is a deep well and has very little pressue, has an odor The drive when you pull into the lane has huge pot holes and could really damage your car if not careful, needs repaired Toilet seat in bottom bathroom is very loose , and very bad internet and furniture in living room is very poor?

Good location. Private. Good communication with hosts. The drive in was a little hairy but once we got to the cabin it was a piece of cake to go and come back. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was awesome really enjoyed the cabin and location only problem we had was new construction behind us worked fri night with saws and hammers going till 930 at night whe. We are porch people enjoying the out doors and sat was non stop chain saws down the street half the day so the noise was a nuisance but we loved the cabin and the atmosphere of it thanks tom

The dryer filter was packed with lint. I cleaned the removable screen but there was further lint buildup beyond. It needs to be cleaned inside to prevent a fire. The decor was fantastic, loved noticing all the decorations. Thanks for an enjoyable stay
