This is overall a great place to stay. The bed is comfy but the mattress on the couch definitely isn't. It's too thin and you feel all the springs. Loved the pool table but there isn't enough room for it to make shots as you need. LOL! The dryer hadn't been cleaned out in forever so the clothes you wash and dry don't really smell clean. I would say the exhaust area outside or wherever needs to be cleaned out too. Main problem was the bath/shower faucet is broken in a sense and you don't get the full force of water and then once you turn it off there is a HUGE pool of water in the kitchen that comes out from under the stove. So you have to keep towels there and mop that up after every shower/bath. So that was annoying and it didn't get fixed in our 3 nights there. Did enjoy the complimentary luxury pass option where you have certain attractions you can get a ticket to and then discounts for others in the party. So that was a bonus. Just wish we had been offered a discount or small refund for the hassle of the water issue and having to clean up all of the water so many times..

First off I have to say that the views are stunning and it’s worth it. They’re not kidding about the steep inclines driving up to the cabin. It’s on a mountain so it’s a good 5+ minutes of hair raising inclines and drop offs. I did get more accustomed to it after a day or two though I wouldn’t want to drive it in the dark. Saw a bear our first day. Loved the hot tub and the jetted tub, we made good use of both. I would recommend this place. There was one thing though that could have been better. The pull out couch has a plastic cover on it which made the kids complain quite a bit. I didn’t want to take it off because I thought it was meant to be there. Also all the darts were broken so if you want to play darts bring your own.

Was a beautiful property and super cute little place for couples to stay in. Also had one of the best views of the mountains! The only negative part was when we arrived the hot tub was not turned on by the cleaning crew. We called and told them and nothing happened, stopped at the office and told someone and still their maintenance guy did not come out until our last full day of stay in the evening. We only got to enjoy it for a few hours, so the downfall is the office is not very attentive if you need something done. Otherwise it was a good cabin to stay at!

The cabin was a good size for 2 people and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately the cabin was very unclean. The floors were obviously not swept or cleaned with any concern at all. The couch had food smeared on it (probably from a dog) and the windows were filthy, looked like dog nose prints. The bathroom sinks had bitts of tooth paste on them. It took the two of us about 45 minutes to clean what we could. Very frustrated that someone thinks this is ok, I would think with the Covid Virus they would be more detailed not less. I would think regardless of the price (but this wasn't inexpensive) clean units would be a must. Its hard to get past the first impression of uncleanness.

My husband and I booked this property because the view was amazing in the pictures. When we got there the views did not disappoint. The view was amazing! My only complaint about the view is there was a tall tree right in front of the hot tub. Not a huge deal, but kind of a bummer. The rest of the balcony had perfect views! Also there was a lot of dusty areas that no one ever cleans, the bathroom shower curtain had mildew stains and in the kitchen the fry pans have seen better days. They are extremely scratched up and weren’t very clean. I had to clean them myself when i went to use it for the first time. We definitely had a great time at the cabin, but I wish it was a little cleaner.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Mountain Charm. It was a wonderful cabin with amazing views. It can be tricky to get to the first time you make the drive; however, the location and view are well worth it. We had an amazing trip and loved our cabin!
