Mountain Cabin in Town

The property was beautiful and far enough away from the road that we weren't bothered by car noise. We got a kick out of the Pac-Man machine! Check in and check out were very easy and straightforward.

The Mountain Cabin home is always a treat to stay in!! The home is clean, nicely furnished and the host is very accommodating and organized

Everything was perfect.We have stayed multiple times, different tmes of the year with different groups.Great fun in all seasons for all ages.Perfect location.

We had a great time exploring all the space had to offer, from the pool to the cozy living room and fire rings to the games placed throughout the property. It was a great time for our group to enjoy the space and explore the area!

Perfect summer staycation.It was like being in a remote mountain cabin, but with a pool.Lots of pool toys and ping pong.We grilled out on the deck, rode bikes just across the road at Joyner Park.And even though it rained all day, rhe ladt day, we had loads of board games and pac man to entertain us.A beautiful house with a great kit hen.Everything we could want.

Easy check in. Kitchen had all that I needed to cook and feed local family . Comfy, clean. Grandchildren loved the pool, swing set and pac man. Added bonus, each room had a large streaming TV. Feels very secluded but only 2-3 minutes from all shopping and Wake Forest I would definitely recommend.

Once again our weekend stay at this beautiful, private cabin home was delightful! Everything was clean and fresh upon arrival and the pool was relaxing . The amenities and furnishings make it a relaxing and easy stay. Edgar is a friendly and accommodating host. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

This little mountain cabin retreat was the perfect respite for a family coming from all over the country! It had everything! They thought of everything that you could possibly need or want in a restful and enjoyable family getaway! We can’t wait to come back!

Our expectations were exceeded! The cleanliness of the cabin and the variety of amenities provided made our stay unforgettable. The children in our group, especially our grandchildren, were thrilled with the activities available. The ping pong table, the Pac-Man machine, and the impressive selection of board games kept them happily entertained for hours.One of the highlights for the kids was making s'mores by the fire pit, which quickly became a cherished memory. Although the cabin is particularly well-suited for children due to the abundance of entertainment options, the adults in our group enjoyed them just as much. We highly recommend this cabin for families, as it truly offers something special for everyone. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This house is a unique and memorable retreat in the middle of Wake Forest. It was perfect for our long weekend. The owner is very responsive and friendly!

My family had a wonderful stay here. There were so many fun things to do here, we only left for dinner one night! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Beautiful, immaculate, serene cabin with pool. Location was close to shopping & restaurants. Slight problem with bed linens in that cleaning company had not washed or changed linen prior to visit.

We had a wonderful stay decompressing and enjoying the pool. Edgar was extremely communicative and description of the space and amenities were exactly right. Hope to return!

My 2 adult daughters and 3 grandchildren enjoyed this beautiful home. The home was immaculate and everything we needed was available. Kitchen was wonderful and even had coffee pods and sugar for coffee. There are games for the kids and the pool is perfect. I cannot say enough good things about this home. The property manager was very responsive. Added bonus was an excellent grocery store and shopping center very close by. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

It is truly hidden in the town. Isolated yet accessible to restaurants and watering holes. My son and I just sold our business after opening it in 1988. We both needed to relax and unwind. Coming up the long driveway we saw a huge buck, we then entered a beautiful A Frame type house. It had everything we needed, and the pool was used a lot. If we wanted to prepare meals, there was everything necessary, but we ate out. The local pizza place had the best NY style pizza. We treated ourselves to filet mignon that was outstand. We ate cold cereal and milk for breakfast and all the bowls we in the cabinets. The weather was great for the whole stay. The only drawback was that we could not cool the house to our comfort zone. The house was spotless & I would highly recommend this place!

Very nice place, close to everything. Easy trip to grocery store, downtown is only a few minutes away and plenty to do. House is clean, hosts are very nice and easy to deal with. Had a great time, would definitely visit again.
