Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property after looking at many for the proximity to the pond and the possibility of seeing moose.Sadly we never saw any moose while in Grand Lake. Aside from that, the house was clean and was as pictured. I liked being located away from the hubbub of the town although easy enough to get there for groceries and dinner. The pond is quiet and relaxing. We filled the hummingbird and bird feeders and there was much activity from the hummingbirds, chipmunks, owls, and muskrats. The kitchen could have a little more in the way of measuring cups etc but other than that we had a lovely 3 night stay.

The cabin was great with a beautiful deck overlooking Moose Pond. Lots of animal sightings. Close to Grand Lake and RMNP. All the comforts we needed for a great get-away. Thank you for a great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was the cutest little cabin (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms) that sat on Moose Pond. We so thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching wildlife and enjoying the peace and quiet. We appreciated the close proximity to both Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The home had everything we needed or wanted. A perfect long weekend getaway to refresh the soul!

Absolutely beautiful backyard view from the deck. Even had a moose at the pond one evening. Very nice accommodations, too. Great location.

The view was amazing! We saw a lot from the deck . Bull Moose and a big bear were the highlights! The negative was a random sewer smell from time to time and the washer/dryer combo was very slow and loud. Overall a great location 5 minutes from town. Very clean! We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved our time at Moose Pond! The pond is beautiful and there was so much wildlife to spot. It was so relaxing to sit out on the deck. The cabin was cozy and a great space for the whole family. The property management company was super helpful and responsive. We accidently broke a coffee carafe and they dropped off a replacement that day! We loved Moose Pond and would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we were not at the cabin a good deal of our time in the area, we did see a moose cow one day around noon. She was exciting to watch. As a 'home base' for our daily activities, this place was perfect; and it is peaceful. Our stay was over labor day weekend and, while busy, I was surprised by how the crowds in Grand Lake were still not overpowering. So much nicer than the Estes side. I would like to experience this area in the other seasons also. We arrived and departed 'after hours', but the key logistics worked out very well.

VERY happy with our stay. VERY clean and well stocked cabin. We loved the view from the deck. So close to RMNP. We had a cow & calf moose right outside the cabin in the pond.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been going to Moose Pond for six years and it's the most wonderful place to enjoy nature and quiet. Moose, elk, deer, ducks, muskrats, hummingbirds, chipmunks. Our 8 yo grandson hosts a Nature Party on the last night and invites all the animals we've met that week. On a more practical assessment, the owners replaced the giant couch in the living room (which was incredibly comfortable) with one that must be filled w/plywood. Our grandson even said, Do they not want us to stay here any more? This year we also had to buy a hummingbird feeder and birdseed, which was sorely missing for the first time upon our arrival. These aren't necessarily dealbreakers, but not having a comfortable place to sit is pretty considerable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is so dark. The lamp in the famiy room did not work so there was no light at all in that room. We have stayed there before but lots of light bulbs out and dark

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The porch that overlooks the ponds gave us all many opportunities for us to see all kinds of wildlife. Up close was ground squirrels, pine squirrels, different small birds, including ducks, and lots of dragon flies. A couple muskrat busy at work was nice. The spectacular events were the Moose visits. They were massive as one was 30ft from the porch rail then across the pond a mother moose and her little calf. Loved how the cabin was decorated with little touches made it an enjoyable stay.A memorable experience for the family.
