Overall stay was great. Cleanliness was not up to our expectations. Hair on bathroom floor and dog hair on bed sheets. Downstairs bath tub drain needs to be cleaned, drains very slow. Bathroom mirror needed cleaning. Pictures, lamps, and bathroom lights needed dusting. Appliances in kitchen could use updating (cracks in kitchen sink). Team members were very nice and clear with email communications.

It was a great stay with an easy process.

Moon River is an awesome property and location! It provided the exact experience we were hoping for on our vacation. We will definitely use Blue Sky Cabin Rentals in the future. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. They made the experience of reserving and staying at the property a pleasant one.

A few issues with moon river. The fan remote for back porch doesn't work properly. Maintenance man turned up t-stat at least on the upper element for the water heater. Helped a bit. Either bottom t-stat need some adjustments or bottom element is bad. 2 short showers at best before hot water ran out.(I've been in rental maintenance for over 30 years). Could have had more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, we were there for 5 night's. Sliding screen doors were nearly inoperable. I guess they were replacement screens and not adjusted properly. Light switches at entry and back door,and at bottom of stairs could be labeled. Only saying this because of difficulty in figuring them out. We would like these issues fixed before returning. Can't remember the names, but each took care of my requests without any problems.

We loved staying at Moon River. It was everything we wanted in our vacation. You make everything so easy from booking to check out. We arrived at 4pm and the cleaning team was still there. They helped me bring everything in, which was a huge help after driving all day.

It was our first time renting a cabin in the country and your cabin has convinced us that this is truly the way to a true relaxing vacation. Everyone was very professional

We will definitely be back as well as our friends and family. We are already talking about getting a group together to book a larger property for all of us to enjoy. We have had so many compliments and questions about our stay and how they can book a vacation as well. We had a an amazing time in Ellijay Ga and can't wait for our next trip. The locals were very friendly and offered different things to do in the area as well. Katelyn went above and beyond to help us book this last minute trip. She answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure speaking with her.

Overall property was very nice. The thermostat may need to be updated.
