Stayed Feb 13, 2026The house worked out great and was convenient to the convention center. Beautiful views, furniture was nice, beds comfortable (except a couple of pillows need replaced), kitchen pretty much had everything we needed but a cookie sheet and crockpot, and there were plenty of things to do in downtime like pool, hot tub, and video games. We recommend and would stay again!

Stayed Jan 3, 2026While the cabin is practically brand new, it almost seems like they rushed to finish and get it rented out. There was a nail sticking out of the ground at the top of the stairs, the bullnose was completely loose and coming off, towel racks were barely hanging into the wall, and the film and stickers are still on the high up windows. All things that didn't hinder our stay but I feel like can possibly cause injury or problems. The furniture (dining chairs )was shaky, there was a random bolt on the balcony- we just left it alone and didn't sit on the benches. Aside from that the only other issue was the air conditioner is so loud, when it kicks on it sounds like the house is about to take flight! The good stuff: it's pretty, nice location, had most of what we needed for our stay. Hosts were easy to contact and I did send them all of our observations. Beds were clean and comfortable- only thing here is I'm a short girl and I was just about able to get up in the king bed on the main floor- which I have a stool at home for the same reason. Overall a nice place and would recommend for the price and location.

Stayed Jan 16, 2026In town for a sporting event at the Sevierville Convention Center. This was a great location. Just a few minutes drive. Plenty of beds for everyone and lots of entertainment space. Beds were comfortable, space was well maintained and plenty of space for our group of 9. Will definitely book again.

Stayed Oct 7, 2025Cabin was great. Love the location and was easy to get to from the interstate without having to get into all the heavy traffic of G'burg or Pigeon Forge. Very spacious and huge rooms all with tv's. Communication back and forth with host was great. There will always be issues with rentals, but they were pretty insignificant. There were several gnats, a fly and a month inside the cabin when we arrived that vacationed with us throughout our stay. The video game arcade wasn't hooked up b/c of a damaged HDMI cord so our first night there (the main night we had the most down time) by kids couldn't play it, BUT the host sent maintenance over the next day to repair, but by the time we got back to the cabin, everyone was too tired to play. Same with the pool table- missing ball, so they couldn't really play the first night when we had the most time to actually enjoy it, but again, the host was great at replacing it for us the next day. Cabin is a new construction site, which we knew going in and the cabin next to us was under construction/workmen there daily until about 5:30pm-6pm, but being gone most of the days, it wasn't a huge issue. I would stay there again easily.

Stayed Aug 14, 2025In the listing for the property it was noted that there was construction in the subdivision. However, we were not aware that the home beside us would have construction crews running equipment 7am to 7pm. The home was beautiful. The views were amazing. We will consider staying again when construction is complete. Lastly, I did not receive any check in information before arrival. The VRBO representative that I spoke with on the phone did send me the check in information and driving directions to the cabin after I arrived join Sevierville.

Stayed May 1, 2025Needed a family cabin for all adults, where everyone had own BR and bathroom. This one fit the bill and was in budget!Pros: location was super for what we needed (access to the fairgrounds). Parking worked fine. New build so decor was up to date and rather nice. The mtn view was beautiful and the pool table was fun! Communication was quick when questions/concerns arose. Cons: master bath clean towels left on floor. Big patched area in master bath which is better than the hole but why not fix the right way? Master BR king bed doesn’t need the footboard bc the room is too small- watch your legs! Floors were not clean on arrival. Neither TV in basement had remotes and we were told to use remotes from elsewhere in Josie but they didn’t connect so we used our Bluetooth radio when playing pool. Top step of first landing had loose piece and SIL tripped a few times. Upstairs en suite shower faucet would NOT turn past half way so water would not get hot- we were asked if we knew how to use the faucet and if multiple people were taking showers at once, over and over. No. The faucet just turned wasn’t set up the right way. Outdoor trash and had no lids and were not bear proof which was surprising. This is a neighborhood under construction so keep that in mind. Would stay here again but if price was higher would have second thoughts.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Typically when arriving at a rental we walk in, set our stuff down, and begin to enjoy the property and area. NOT THIS TIME.Upon entering we noticed the dirty floors, two curtains off their rods, marks, scuffs, and dirt on EVERY wall and trim, the hole in the bathroom wall that had been hastily patched with patch material on the floor below it, the furniture was shifted around, a ceiling light cover laying on the floor and another missing. And from there it just continued noticing things that were dirty or damaged. Construction materials and mess outside was not limited to the construction sites. Trash - including bottles, cans, balls, plastic sheeting, etc.were on every side of the property. The egg-style chairs outside had been hastily assembled because my husband had one collapsed while he was in it. We noticed the bolts connecting them had fallen out and the bolts on the other chair were also loose. My father in law nearly fell down the stairs when a piece of bull nose trim came up and pulled off. Numerous pieces of trim were pulling away from the wall. A kitchen cabinet was crooked and didn't close, and the same for the door to the master bath. When I contacted Samuel he didn't mention anything about the fall and potential fall in his response and merely responded that there had been college parties and it was a whole thing. I requested he refund our cleaning fee because the property was so dirty and in disrepair, but he dismissed the concerns as cosmetic.
