The cabin was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed — especially the well-stocked kitchen and private en suite bathrooms. We loved the views, the peaceful wildlife-filled setting close to attractions, and grilling fresh red fish over the fire pit was unforgettable. The hot tub and cozy lights made evenings magical — truly an amazing stay!

The hosts were so responsive and helpful! The back patio fireplace happened to be not working when we got there, and the hosts got someone out within the hour to fix it! We loved this cabin!

Fun relaxing stay with our whole family.

We had a great stay at the Simply Be cabin! The hosts were very welcoming and their communication with us was great. They provided all the information ahead of time about check in, the house, surrounding area, and check out , so we felt very prepared upon our arrival. The house is well-thought out and clean, and the amenities were wonderful - we enjoyed the hot tub and our 4-year-old had a great time on the playset!

The cabin was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil you could use. The hosts were very responsive and checked in frequently.

This amazing place will definitely be my go-to again. Everything was spotless and cozy.

Our stay at the Simply Be cabin was wonderfully peaceful and enjoyable! The cabin was very clean and well appointed. Everything you need is already there, no need for packing extra items like shampoo soap, any kitchen equipment. It is all provided and ready there for you. Unlike most people we take our vacations usually in the fall around our anniversary time.. We were just looking to relax and that we did! Not to say there are plenty of things to do if you choose to do so even in the fall months. The location is convenient and easy to find yet a little off the beaten path enough to give you peace and quiet if you want or the freedom to be loud if you want! Just my husband and I along with our dog went for this visit, however, we will probably plan another trip with more family members along next time ! So much is available right there at the cabin. The h host is very accommodating and leaves. Nothing to wonder about. Very informative and available if you need anything. We will definitely keep this cabin on our list of favorites!

This is the second time for our family to stay at Simply Be cabin. We had two young kids, two parents, and 3 grandparents traveling with us. It is hard to find a smaller, one-story cabin in Broken Bow, especially that is not near water. This one is perfect for a family with small children. There's tons of toys and activities for the kids, including a baby swing for the youngest. We found everything in great condition. There's plenty of kitchen stuff including waffle maker, large pots, toaster, etc. My one addition I'd like to see would be some more drawers in the bunk room to store kids clothes in. We'd definitely stay here again and are grateful for a relaxing getaway.

We loved our stay at Simply Be! The cabin is very clean, beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy meals in the cabin. The beds are very soft and the whole cabin is well appointed. Our favorite part was the back patio and yard that’s all lit up at night with strung lights. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor smart TV, yard games and fire pit. You feel completely secluded by the tall forest trees even though you are in a neighborhood. We traveled with our two adult size teen boys and the four of us took up all the space in the living room furniture. We noted if we had had our other young adult kid with us, the living room space would have been a little cramped, but also with all there is to do- no need to just sit in the living room! Easy drive to Hochatown and Beavers Bend lake and state park. Excellent communication from the hosts from start to finish and check in and check out was very easy. This was a wonderful getaway!

Loved staying at Simply Be Cabin! Our kids had a great time playinb with the arcade and in your spacious back yard! I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in the kitchen. Checking in and out was super easy. Location was great! Close to all the amenities but out of the way from traffic. The area was peaceful and quiet. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back soon, such a great experience!

Very nice and quiet area.Loved that there were three separate bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of seven. Family had fun playing games, corn hole and giant Jenga that were on site. The grill was quite rusted out on the bottom but we covered with foil and were still able to cook burgers and chicken. Kitchen facilities were great. Loved the working ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge. Pots and pans could use to be replaced due to a lot of teflon flaking. Plenty of counter space and the island was huge. We will be back.

Check-in process was very simple. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Wi-Fi was excellent, small disturbance during a storm, but that’s to be expected.The area was fantastic very close to everything we wanted to visit and see!Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet stay in country and to stay close to all activities.

We loved the cabin, deceptive from the outside how beautiful and cozy the cabin was on the inside. Very peaceful patio and back yard. We were able to let our dog out in the morning and evening without leash as the neighboring cabins were not in use during our stay. Good location, close to all shopping and grocery needs. Easy access to the state park which we utilized by hiking every day. We would book this cabin again if we were ever in the area.

This was our second time to book this house for spring break. We enjoyed it a ton. It has great amenities, so the only reason to leave was to restock our food and drinks. Great family fun!

This cabin was perfect for our group of 5 friends for the weekend. The fact that all bedrooms had its own bathroom was great, the beds and linens were comfortable, and the kitchen had all you could possibly need. It was obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into making the cabin comfortable and providing kitchen essentials. Everything was clean and the outdoor space was amazing! Neighborhood was great and conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive and wanted to make sure we were happy and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

I've always wanted to be in a cabin in the woods in the winter and this place was everything and more. I had no idea how close this cabin would be to the main road where everything you needed was available. We are definitely coming back.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We traveled with a 2yo, 4yo, 2 parents, and 3 grandparents. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We had a hard time finding a one story home. There is an average step to get inside the cabin (from front or back). But otherwise it is completely flat inside the home and patio (hot tub would require good mobility to get inside though). This is perfect for families with young children or those with mobility concerns. This is the first vacation home we've stayed at that took young kids fully into consideration. There was a booster seat for the toddler, pack n play (with plenty of room to set it up in any room), bathtubs in all bathrooms, one bathroom had a pull-down spray nozzle, plastic kids dishes & utensils, and LOTS of toys. The toys ranged from classic baby toys to older kids boards games, football, horseshoes, etc. We brought a baby monitor and a couple cabinet locks (for under the kitchen sink especially). The playset was perfect for the 4yo. A little big for the 2yo who just swung on the baby swing. Outdoor fireplace was plenty of heat for a colder morning/evening. They thought of everything that vacation rentals often overlook - fans in the bedrooms, humidifier, fast wifi for streaming shows, extra folding chairs, nicer appliances, and many throw blankets. When we ran into a question, Sabrina replied to our email right away. The house handbook has tons of info too. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Such a wonderful space. It’s beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, space is very clean. It still smells new! We came for the weekend with our dogs! We also towed our boat and was easy to store at the property. Thank you for such a wonderful property. We would stay again!

We just got done with 3 night stay with this beautiful cabin! The owners are super sweet, checked in with us a couple of times to make sure things were like they should be and quickly replied to a few questions I had. We had 11 people in this cabin and 4 of those were children. We were all comfortable, they had a nice playground for the kids to play on, cornhole, lots of game options and the hot tub was perfect! We highly recommend this cabin!!
