Modern Comfy Cabin in South Lake Tahoe w/ a Hot Tub!

Every July we rent for a month in Tahoe and are use to a much higher standard at our rentals. Right from the beginning with them changing the rate on us, this has NOT been a positive experience. •upon arrival the front porch was stacked with boxes blocking our way to the deck •front door was left ajar, and the keyboard appears “dead” so can’t lock when we leave! •fridge still had food in it with ice cream melting in fridge! Had to clean ourselves. •floors were not swept •opened the hall closet and some sort of glass mosaic fell out and there was glass all over the place •there was an iron but no ironing board- makes it quite difficult to iron without a board! •fan remote missing in first bedroom •rod holding the curtain is coming off the wall and crooked •face towel in that bedroom bathroom was dirty- full of toothpaste, and the cleaning sponge was left in the shower. There is no hand soap in that bathroom. •guest bathroom has only one of six bulbs working •outside porch light out as well •BBQ was out of propane •no dish soap or garbage bags in the kitchen •we were under the impression there was air conditioning at the cabin- this is FALSE advertising!!! would be nice if there was a dining table on deck versus one broken chair, one hanging by a thread and two others for a house that accommodates 9 •we had no idea that we would not have use of a garage until the day before, nor that someone else is on premise as a renter. That should be clearly stated in the description
