Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had a great family vacation at this cabin in gatlinburg. It was close to downtown but also just far enough to be away from crowds. Access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores without going into gatlinburg. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Owners were very responsive to minor issues during our stay. Hot tub was great. Pool access was close to the cabin. Highly recommend

Stayed Apr 11, 2025It’s a great brand new place! Everything was wonderful, and the beds were very comfortable as well. You will need to remember to bring soaps, etc., as there was nothing in the house.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024Stay was to short, weather great, cabin great. Loved the bears in the bathroom, decorated very good, looked like it belonged in the woods. The only thing we could not find where to put the garbage so we just brought it back with us. Easy drive to town which is what we wanted, but when you were at the cabin you felt you were up the mountain. Good stay Pat

Stayed Aug 7, 2024The cabin was super nice and clean upon arrival! It is a brand new build and you can tell! There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone! The kitchen was well stocked and everything was nice. There were only a few very minor issues. The dryer was very old and we couldn’t get it to work. We finally did and it took several drying cycles to get even remotely dry. It was so warm we were able to put items outside but it was a little bit of a pain. The only other complaint was the trash situation. You have to take any bag of trash to the dumpster at the office. Which was a drive away from the property. If you were heading that direction, it wasn’t a huge deal but we had to make separate trips and that wasn’t ideal.I totally understand not wanting bears by the property but I feel there could be a better solution. Overall the stay was great and we would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024The cabin was easy to find and very clean. We had ample space for the 5 teens/children. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, and even a Pair of scissors! The pockets on the pool table were broken when we arrived at the cabin. The owner quickly had maintenance repair them. There were only two negatives. the dryer in the cabin wasn’t working. After messaging the owner, he said the part was on order and they would fix it asap. I wish we would have know, I had my kids pack light and I planned to do a few loads in the cabin. The laundromat wasn’t far, just a bit of an inconvenience. Second, the dishwasher wasn’t properly installed, it wasn’t attached to the u set side of the countertop. It often wanted to fall forward if you pulled the rack out too far to load. I mentioned it to the property manager when we check out. Overall a place I will stay at again as Sumit, the owner, was very responsive.
