Cabin was cozy, and clean. Close to tourist attractions and yet back in off the highway that you had some privacy.

Nice style home, shower, porch, firepit. Uncomfortable sofa, and master bedroom. Need newer pots, cookie sheet. Enjoyed Acadia National Park, boat ride hiking, shops and restaurants

Everything about the cabin was great! They had kayaks & a canoe available for use. Great deck, cornhole, comfortable beds, great shower! Perfect spot for our families to stay in while we explore the area, including Bar Harbor & Acadia. Excellent tips on directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. Highly recommend, would definitely return.

The house was very nice and cozy! We appreciated the cleanliness and care put into the place. Our only concern was a neighborhood dog that wandered outside every once in a while, so be aware of that being a possibility if your dog is dog-aggressive or reactive. Otherwise completely perfect for us!

We had a great time at the cabin. Beautiful location, nice kitchen, even a really good place for dogs. We had everything to be comfortable. At nights the sky was breathtaking. The only problem was the mattresses. They kept creaking. Backyard was amazing! We had a such a relaxing time.

Place was comfy and clean and a great way to relax. Great place to spend some family time and very dog friendly. Mosquitoes were killer and the road was loud. Kayaking was fun.

Such a beautiful cabin with an incredible view! Very clean! Great communication from property owner. Perfect rental for 4-6 people. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, it was close enough to town but also a private getaway. We look forward to the next time! Thank you!!

The cabin and the property were GREAT! Very clean, plenty of space for the 4 of us. We didn't cook anything, but the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. We did use the refrigerator and freezer to keep our drinks and fresh food cold. Cassie was very responsive to the couple of questions we had. The reclining couch was nice to have (sitting under the great ceiling fan) after long days of hiking and biking. The one room-based air conditioner kept the cabin cool enough, even though it was over 90 degrees for 2 days while we were there. The deck overlooking the water was a great place to sit in the morning or evening. (Take some bug spray for those infamous Maine mosquitos.) :-) The cabin is about 30 minutes from the Hulls Cove visitor center at Acadia, and slightly longer to other areas of the park, but the drive is very nice. To get a property of this size and features on Mount Desert would have been cost prohibitive. And, we thoroughly enjoyed being away from some of the busy-ness of Bar Harbor. It was much closer to the Schoodic peninsula, where we drove to see the 4:50 am sunrise. We stayed at the cabin for 5 nights in June 2025. Would recommend to anyone taking a vacation to Acadia.

We will tell you the pictures didn’t do the place justice. We enjoyed it so much. If there is anything that was a negative it would be the road noise was noticeable at times and no place to hang anything except a couple hooks on the door not one closet

Our trip was wonderful and we really enjoyed this cabin! The host was super communicative and the space was everything we needed. It was close enough to Acadia and very close to several restaurants. It also had a huge yard and beautiful water view, with access to a fire pit and many other amenities. Would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful log cabin! The location was perfect, with easy access to both Acadia National Park and Schoodic Peninsula. We rented bikes through Schoodic and loved exploring the area. The cabin is equipped with everything you could need—from canoes and kayaks to a cozy fire pit for relaxing evenings. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and having a washer and dryer on hand was a huge bonus. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed getaway with kids! Feel free to make any changes if needed!

It was a perfect spot for my wife and I. The view overlooking the spacious backyard and the water was quite beautiful from the deck. Very well furnished, all we had to do was supply the groceries and relax. The cabin felt quite secluded even though we were minutes away from many attractions and restaurants. Very satisfied!!!
