NEW / IMPORTANT HEALTH PREFACE: We proudly say up front that we take very seriously our responsibility to do everything within our reach to keep everyone as safe and healthy as we can, while you have a relaxing, health-building and fun time with us!. This includes:

First of all : We have 9 cabins & 2 Suites for rent which are all private and spaced apart in middle of 40 acres of woods & fields - so plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors without any human contact. Then, all cooking can be done in cabin and/or on grills we provide, so no need to go to any restaurants...

ALL EXTRA FUN ACTIVITIES ARE SAFE: Animal Adventures and Horseback Riding activities have been modified so they are totallyprivate - just for you, by reservation and conducted outdoors and at safe-distance...

Upon each checkout, we ask all guests to cooperate in safe-stay procedures with 3 simple steps: (1) wash their dishes wi/disinfecting soap provided, (2) put linens in plastic bags we provide, (3) drop off all garbage at your dumpster nearby.

Then we come in w/face masks and spray every single surface with organic disinfectant and let the cabin air out while it takes effect, then clean with disinfectant soap. All laundry is separately bagged and separately washed & dried in high heat. After cabins have been all cleaned out, we re-set beds with fresh linens and towels, new trash bags, cleaned / disinfected ac filters and filled up new coffee condiments. A final disinfecting of floors and doors are locked so no one can come in till you get here.

Our location is also ideal: Only 5 minutes from main street Boerne & close to San Antonio, yet it feels like you're a million miles away in this wonderful wooded ranch where great views of beautiful nature, unique art, your favorite music, decks, BBQ pits, smokers & BBQ grills, pick nick areas, fire pits, wood burning fireplace in the great room, horseback riding (additional discounted fee) & the best darn cooking you ever, dinners, lunches, etc. are also available a-la-carte (additional price and by reservation-only) converge to create an unforgettable getaway as well as convenient vacation-hub. Please feel free to ask us for package pricing to rent the whole house (sleeps 8-10 people) or the whole complex (6 bedrooms sleeps 18-20 people), or the whole ranch ( sleeps 50 to 60 people)

4 lovely themed rooms to choose from (price per bedroom, double occupancy applies) : 'Ropes & Roses:' With grandma's brass queen-sized bed surrounded by country & western antiques & original paintings of roses from 4 countries, or 'The Room For The Performing Arts' filled with antique instruments, artists' memorabilia, artwork from 5 countries, antique album covers (oh yeah, forgot to mention there's an antique record player in the great room) & a 'smart' entertainment system (Both rooms have their own smart TV & DVR) - either room for $150 per night... Or you can go for 'The Kiss' the romantic master bedroom - As the name implies, every work of art is tasteful yet sensuous, gorgeous carved Italian 4-poster bed with brand new $2,000 Therapeutic top-of-the-line mattress that vibrates, changes positions, etc. for an unbeatable relaxation, huge smart TV/DVR with full cable & a big private bath 'The Ocean' with sunken tub overlooking the woods (plus separate shower) & another dozen original paintings of the ocean to transport your imagination... 4th bedroom is a family Room: Full bed below and twin above.

Location Great for your San Antonio, New Braunfels and/or Hill Country vacation hub: 5 minutes away from Main Street Boerne (& I-10) where there are tons of fun things to do, 10 min. to FM 46 (road to to Bandera & New Braunfels), 20 minutes to San Antonio's Fiesta Texas & The RIM (I-10 and 1604) with many entertainment, shopping and fine dining options, 30 min. from Fredericksburg... To sum it up, even though we are 'in the woods', we're in a very convenient location for whatever you may feel like doing.
