This was the perfect hub for all the local sights we wanted to see. So wonderful to come back from a long day of hiking to soak in the hot tub. Very fast communication from the host. Comfortable beds, loved the horse theme decor and overall was so quiet and nice. Thank you for having us!

This property can only be accessed by a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The direct access road was unpassable. . We had to take an alternative road which was also winding and very steep. The remote for the TV was missing and no attempt was made to recompense. Floors are dirty. There were no bath towels only skimpy hand towels.

Great location, extremely easy check in and check out process. Incredible communication. Did have a TON of Japanese beetles (with a few getting in) but we were in the woods and it was clear the owners took measures to limit their spread. They were absolutely harmless though. The hot tub and fire pit were fabulous. Same for the inside fireplace. I will stress this was a clean cabin, beautiful, and close to everything. We’ll be back.

Great value, location and amenities. The hot tub and deck were enjoyable after hiking all day. The host was quick to respond when the door code wasn’t as communicated on arrival. We will stay here again.

The cabin was exactly like the photos showed on the ad. Very nice cabin; very cozy. We had a minor plumbing problem but it was fixed promptly. The location was perfect! So close to all the RRG happenings but very private as the woods surrounded the property. Lots of closet space which we all utilized. Super fun trip. We all said we would rent a cabin in Birch Hollow again in the future! Thank you for the great communication before and during our stay!Just a suggestion: the microwave was very wimpy. Need a stronger watt microwave!

We had a fantastic time at this cabin. It was clean and everything we hoped for. We had a little trouble using the code to get in the door but nothing that wasn’t easily fixed with a phone call.

We loved the property. It was spacious and very comfortable and the location was beautiful and felt very secluded. It was a big plus that it was pet-friendly, the dogs loved the area. The property management company was exceptional - very easy to contact and quick to respond. We did have a few issues and the property management company quickly took care of what they could while we were there. My biggest concern was the cleanliness as there was quite a bit of black mold in the master shower and on the shower curtain, along with some black mold in the upper shower. I feel this should have been caught some time ago by cleaning due to the amount of mold I saw. There were also a lot of mouse droppings on the high windowsills that you could only see if you were looking out from the loft. I also do not recommend driving up the driveway unless you have a four wheeled vehicle. We had 2 cars and both slid off on the gravel and we needed a tow truck to get the cars back on the road. I do recommend staying here as long as the cleaning issues are fixed.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and our dogs. The cabin was more than we could ask for. Everything we needed was right there. They had a wonderful fire pit that was underneath the trees so when it rains, you don’t really get wet. It was peaceful And we loved it. We plan on staying here again. Definitely don’t miss out on this cabin. It’s amazing. Great communication no issues at all.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is up a very steep mountain, but the cabin is beautiful. Hot tub was nice and the location is close to a lot of attractions.

Cabin was beautiful. Location was beautiful. There was a bad smell in the laundry room and when I pulled the drawer out in the living room I did find some mouse droppings. I would recommend this cabin though. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. It’s also a plus because you are close to the natural bridge and plenty of stores, restraints, and gas stations are nearby.
