Why Our Guests Love It:
Outdoor Oasis: Relax in the covered outdoor living room with a gas grill, fridge, comfy seating, TV, and a stone fireplace. Enjoy meals al fresco, play corn hole, giant Jenga, or Connect 4 while watching the game. The breeze and overhead fans keep it cool all summer. In the colder months, clear curtains and a fireplace keep you cozy. Propane for the grill is provided.

Communal Pool: Our cabin is one of the closest to the heated outdoor pool. We provide complimentary pool towels for your use. Please note that the pool is closed during the winter season, typically starting in October and reopening in May. There is also a fire-pit and horse-shoes course right next to the pool for your use.

Magical Kid's adventure: Our spectacular Hobbit themed light-up living forest bunk room delights kids and adults, and has a special Hobbit Door too! A secret magical fairy room hideaway upstairs takes kids to another getaway of their own.

Easy Access: No steep roads! The flat, paved driveway easily fits 5+ cars. An accessible ramp leads to the main level.

Inside the Cabin:
Spacious Living Room: With plenty of comfortable seating, soaring A-Frame ceilings and a massive stone fireplace, the living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Play games, watch TV, cook a meal all with space for everyone.

Settle in for a great vacation. We've had families tell us they never left the cabin the whole vacation- entertainment, space and relaxation activities for everybody.

Chef's Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, a large island and two pantries. We've provided all the dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware you'll need, including kids' dishes, crockpot, baking items, you name it! And don’t forget our coffee station: Keurig, drip and pour over coffee makers are on hand, as well as a grinder. Enjoy your meals inside (plenty of seating for everyone) or outside on the deck.

Bedrooms: (5BR / 4BA • Sleeps 16) Four king bedrooms (one with private balcony) + bunk room with 2 queens and 4 twins (built-in bunks), all with 10 foot ceilings. New high-end mattresses, Roku TVs in every bedroom. The accessible main-level king suite features its own fireplace, large ensuite rain shower with low-step access. Additional futons in three of the king bedrooms provide more sleeping flexibility. (see layout illustrations in photos for full details)

Bathrooms: Four full bathrooms, two with tubs and two with luxurious rain showers.

Game Room: Challenge each other to a game of pool, go head to head on foosball, pinball, or shuffleboard, or on one of our several game consoles: Pac Man, Mortal Kombat, Simpsons, Golden Tee and a real Crusin’ America driving game. Plus board games, card games & puzzles!

Movie Theater: The 75” TV with surround sound, and old-time popcorn maker is perfect for movie nights, whether you're in one of the theater seats or lounging in the adult-sized bean bag pit.

Fireplaces: three fireplaces inside the cabin, and one in the outdoor lounge. (available seasonally)

Hot Tub & Porch Swing: The hot tub will be ready for you, and the porch swing is perfect for daydreaming.

Laundry: Free washer and dryer on the main level.

Pet-Friendly: We love our dog guests and love to make them comfortable.

Thoughtful Amenities:
We provide sheets and towels, as well as a starter set of coffee, creamer, body wash, soap, trash bags, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to purchase more during your stay. There is no mid-stay cleaning service included, but trash pick-up can be arranged for an additional fee.

ACCESS DETAILS:
► Check in at 4PM, Check out at 10 AM.
► Keyless Entry: Guests will receive a personalized door code three days before check-in.
► Roads: This home is a great choice if you're concerned about how you'll get to the cabin. Wide roads to our cabin are all paved and not steep.
► Private Parking: The driveway is relatively flat and holds 5 cars comfortably. Lowered cars may have difficulty at the end of the driveway
► Cell service can be spotty in this region, we recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel.
► Accessibility: The cabin is quite good for those with limited mobility. There is a ramp from the driveway to access the main level. The main floor king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with no steps into the shower. This level also includes the living room, kitchen, game room and outdoor lounge and deck.

IMPORTANT RULES:
► Booking Requirements: Must be 24 or older to book, sign rental agreement, provide a selfie with your ID and schedule security deposit hold within 48 hrs of booking.
► Pets: We are pet friendly! Dogs only, sorry, no puppies, cats, goats (yes, we’ve been asked). $150.00 per-dog fee up to two dogs. Please ask if you’d like to bring more than two dogs. Pet addendum must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Any damage to the furniture or excess cleaning due to pets will be subject to a minimum of $500 charge plus damages and cleaning fee. Please be responsible for your pets. Violations may result in eviction and forfeiture of the security hold. Questions before you book Message us! We’re happy to help confirm fit.
► Service Animals- For service animals, we verify using the FAA service animal form. Service Animals may not be left unattended in the home.
► NO SMOKING. There is no smoking in the house. We reserve the right to evict any group with guests found smoking in the house, and to retain the security hold for cleaning expenses if the cabin smells like cigarette smoke.

► Cleaning Practices: We have one of the best cleaning teams in the Smoky Mountains. The cabin is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every guest checks in. Surfaces are disinfected, bedding is changed and washed, and the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled.

► View: This house does not have an expansive view of the mountains. It is surrounded by trees. In the winter the view is of the distant mountains and valley below. In the fall, it is an explosion of colors. If you're dreaming of expansive views of mountain tops, this may not be the home for you. We do have another cabin literally named Dream View Lodge, please inquire.

► Roof: If a squirrel crawls on the metal roof or if it is raining, you will hear it, no need to be alarmed.

► Bugs: We have a regular pest control program, however, the cabin is in the forest and can have some pests (insects). While the trees sit back from the house quite a bit, it is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. *We do not refund for issues with bugs or forest creatures.*

► Animals: There are bears, coyotes, deer, squirrels, owls and other animals in the area, & often on the property. Be still and you might see them. When staying at the cabin, never leave food items in the vehicles, never leave food, leftovers, or trash outside. Trash should be bagged & locked in bear-resistant trash containers (provided).

► Security Camera: There are exterior security cameras (pointed away from the cabin) for everyone’s protection. Any group touching or tampering with the cameras will be asked to leave the property immediately and will forfeit their security hold and remaining rent payment.

► No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance.

► Excessive cleaning — $300: We rarely need this, but if checkout steps aren’t followed (bag trash, run dishwasher, clean/put away pots & pans, leave grill reasonably clean), and the
