Winter wonderland for a early Christmas celebration with family! Magdalena Meadows Retreat is perfect for family cookie decorating, making crafts with the kids, enjoying the fireplace, playing in the snow, relaxing and celebrating the greatest event ever.....the birth of Jesus Christ Great time had by all and looking forward to a return in the future.

Great location and cozy rooms. Easy access to trails and grocery stores. We loved the stay.

The house was beautiful and as listed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and half way between gcnp and Sedona so perfect for our spring break. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

This place was a great location for skiing, close to Snowbowl, but also had many amenities to enjoy on premises when the skiing wasn't great! We enjoyed the pool table, corn hole and brought our own horseshoes. The cabin was very comfy and well stocked, and the owner was very responsive to our questions about camp fires. Will definitely add this to our list of regular haunts in the mountains!

House was super clean, well stocked, spacious, and the host was available.

Very cozy cabin for our family of 5 and a couple of their friends! Took less than 20 min to get to the Snowbowl parking lot from the cabin and it is a short walk to a very nice convenience store where you can get most any necessity! We thoroughly enjoyed the video game machine and the pool table. One of our older sons came over with a friend to grill out and enjoy the fire pit with us. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils you could ever need. Craig was an amazing host, as always.

The property was pet friendly and cozy. I would say it probably fits more like 10 comfortably with the sleeping arrangements. There were not enough glasses so we purchased some disposable cups. There was a nice array of various spices and pam spray. The can opener wasn't usable. Overall we had a great experience, just some minor things we passed on to the owner. We would definitely stay again!

I highly recommend this property! We had a wonderful stay, everything we needed was available. The house is the perfect size and we loved the arcade games and pool table!

Great place for some relaxation. Lots of room and the deck was perfect. It was nice hearing the Elk bugle. Would definitely go back.

Great property and our dogs enjoyed the open area while we enjoyed the deck. Comfortable beds and air conditioners in the bedrooms helped with the warmer weather. Would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed the outdoor property. We appreciated the size of the home and really enjoyed the amenities (pool table and arcade). We also really appreciated being able to check in approximately two hours early. With the pieces we enjoyed, there were a few opportunities. First, the cleanliness of the home was below expectation. There was noticeable pet hair on the floor and the living room rug smelled of pet urine. Luckily the pet smell became less obvious as you spent time in the home. Also, the primary shower had quite a bit of visible mold that was off putting. One quirk to the home was the “4th” bedroom did not have a door. Overall we enjoyed the property but would have made a great experience without these opportunities.

Beautiful property, but we had a few issues. During our stay, it appears the property has inadequate ventilation. We noted the two portable AC units, which helped; however, one of the units wasn't secured properly which led to heating the house. We also had quite a few crawling visitors.

A lovely spot to enjoy northern Flagstaff with a great deck from which to enjoy the surrounding pine trees & wildlife. The classics arcade machine was also a lot of fun.

Loved the location--you're out in nature but just a few minutes from town. The house is rustic but comfortable and has a lot to offer. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck and making use of the kitchen and grill, but there's also a pool table and arcade games and tvs if you want a little more activity. The host was great--responded immediately both times we had a question/concern.

Our family of four, including two teenage boys, had an exceptional stay at this property during our visit to Flagstaff. The home was exactly as described—very clean and well-appointed with excellent amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen, gathering for games at the dining table, and relaxing on the stunning outdoor patio surrounded by towering trees. The family room, complete with a billiards table and entertainment options, provided the perfect space to unwind.The location was ideal—just a short drive to Snowbowl for skiing, scenic trailheads for hiking, and downtown Flagstaff for shopping and dining. We also took advantage of the home’s proximity to explore the Grand Canyon and Sedona on day trips.The property manager was highly responsive, though the house was easy to navigate thanks to clear directions and a thoughtful setup. Our experience was seamless from start to finish, and I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and beautifully maintained retreat in Flagstaff.

We had a really great time here! We were so lucky it snowed. We liked the layout of the house and the size of the property. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to run around and play in the snow. Had fun with the pool table and arcade. Place was every clean and had everything we needed. We’d stay here again!

Everything about this house and the property are amazing! There is plenty of room to hang out comfortably with family and friends. The pool table and arcade added to the fun. It was nice to be able to easily access nearby trails.

Quiet peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh and exactly what we had hoped for. Kitchen had it all and bedrooms and bathrooms were great size and ideal. Loved the pool table and open downstairs layout. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property in Flagstaff with towering ponderosa pines. The house was large enough for the 6 of us with room to spare. And the location was perfect. Would love to go again sometime.

We were very satisfied with the facilities - we were just using it for sleeping rooms for a retreat, but it would be great for a party!

Our stay here was amazing! We are typically on the go when we're on vacation - but the Magdalena Retreat compelled us to slow down, relax on the deck, feel the breeze, and listen to it blowing gently through the trees. Craig has thought of all your needs while here and the house/cabin is well stocked and very comfortable. Our 3 adult children came and went throughout our stay and there was plenty of room for all. We are already looking for opportunities to return. Loved it!!!
