Living space is on three levels with loft, main floor, and lower level. Wrap around deck and vaulted living space create an intimacy with undisturbed surroundings and an above it all feeling unmatched in any other property. Lots of room for private sledding and winter activities. It is not uncommon to see wildlife such as moose, elk, deer, turkeys, beavers and others that wonder the area for your enjoyment. Winter weather access can require 4 wheel drive vehicles. Closest shopping and restaurants are at I-80 exit at Kimball Junction 15 minutes travel time. This is a great location for summer activities on site and close by. Golf, ski, hike, mountain bike, fish, equine, boating, are all near by. Gated community and driveway camera for security and privacy

    We spent a week at this property in late July. This is a beautiful home, but can use some updating which has been addressed with owner. We saw elk herds in the draw below house every morning and evening and saw a cow moose with her calf most every day near the house. At 8000 feet there are stunning views looking over to the ski mountains which can be thoroughly enjoyed from the expansive deck which had a nice breeze even on very warm afternoons. Please beware this house does not have air conditioning. Location of home is very nice as it's an easy 25 minute drive to Park City. Lots of great dining options both in Park City and in surrounding areas. House is a good jumping off point to go into the Uinta Mountains and Heber Valley as well.

    Beautiful property with amazing views we cooked on balcony each night watching elks in valley. Mama moose and baby came last night and stayed around cabin. Even in morning they were still there, as we drove out we saw several deer on side of the road. Please let them know propane tank is empty. They need more bath towels and wash cloths. But it was an amazing experience !

    The views are fantastic and you’re unlikely to get a better picture from anywhere else. As far as the house itself it could be updated a bit, but was well stocked with essentials and everything you would need and had a lot of space. Only large complaint (and reason for the rating) is the hot tub did not work the entire 5 days we were there. As we were traveling for a ski trip in the middle of winter this was an important part of picking this location and at the price we paid you expect major items like that to work. Unfortunately, despite trying any number of recommended fixes by the property manager, it never worked.

    We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful. Very well equipped. The host Zach communicated real time. Super responsive. The view from the house is incredible. Overall, a 10 out of 10. We will definitely consider coming back. Only word of advice: be ready to drive 5 miles from the highway to the house in completely iced roads that will force you to go at 10-20 mph tops… when returning from the ski slopes in the evening, the drive uphill in these iced, slippery roads can be a bit nerve wrecking. Even with an all wheel drive SUV, our car skidded multiple times. ABSOLUTELY GET SNOW CHAINS FOR YOUR TIRES!!
