Winter Travel Notice:
AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter months. Our neighborhood roads are steep and curvy, and can become icy in more wintery conditions.
Guests should be prepared to drive in snow and ice conditions. While main roads are maintained by the city/county and are typically accessible, road conditions can vary.
❄️ No refunds are issued outside the booking platform’s policy due to storms or road conditions. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance for winter travel.

You absolutely must have a private vehicle. There is no public transportation in this area. Uber and Lyft are extremely limited. You may wait hours and hours for an Uber so do not rely on that for transportation.

Tucked within the peaceful Sky Harbor community, The Summit at Pine Court offers a private, upscale retreat surrounded by nature—yet still minutes from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You’ll feel worlds away from the crowds while enjoying the convenience of nearby attractions, dining, and entertainment.

As you settle into the serene embrace of this modern retro cabin, we want you to feel completely at ease and right at home. To help make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible, please review the following notes and friendly reminders:

★ PETS ★

We’re delighted to welcome your furry friends to The Summit at Pine Court! Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval. Please note there is an additional $200 pet fee per stay. Responsible pet ownership is appreciated—please clean up after your pets and keep them off furniture.
Unregistered pets will incur a $750 fine.

★ BEARS & WILDLIFE OF THE SMOKIES ★

Our cabin is surrounded by the beautiful Smoky Mountain wilderness, where you may occasionally spot deer, turkeys, or even curious black bears. To ensure harmony with our wild neighbors, please do not leave food or trash outside and always secure garbage in the bear-proof containers provided. Keep vehicle windows closed, doors locked, and store snacks indoors to avoid unexpected visitors!

★ INCLEMENT WEATHER & MOUNTAIN ROADS ★

Mountain weather can change quickly—especially in the winter months. The roads inside Sky Harbor are all paved, but please note that some are mountainous, narrow, and winding. The HOA provides snow removal when necessary; however, we highly recommend an all-wheel-drive (AWD) or 4-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle during winter weather for added safety and peace of mind.

We also encourage guests to review our cancellation policy and consider Airbnb travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel changes. While we cannot provide refunds due to weather or unforeseen events, your travel insurance provider may offer reimbursement depending on your policy.

The views are worth every curve, but a little extra preparation ensures your trip remains smooth, safe, and enjoyable!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

We take pride in keeping The Summit at Pine Court pristine and welcoming. The cabin is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout, though please note that a touch of mountain dust can settle quickly in wooded settings. Your comfort and health are our top priority.

★ NATURE & CRITTERS ★

Being surrounded by trees means you may encounter a few of nature’s tiniest guests—ladybugs, moths, or the occasional woodland visitor. Our team takes every precaution to seal and treat the property regularly, but a few friendly reminders of nature are part of the true Smoky Mountain experience.

★ NO SHOES INSIDE ★

To preserve the cabin’s modern furnishings and rugs, we kindly ask that shoes be removed indoors. This small courtesy helps us keep the home fresh and inviting for all guests.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee for odor and upholstery treatment.

★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★

We value the comfort of all guests and our neighbors. Please, no large gatherings, events, or parties. Treat The Summit at Pine Court with the same love and care you would your own home.
