The three main large bedrooms feature new furnishings and cozy queen mattresses for a restful stay.

The primary bedroom, conveniently situated on the first floor, boasts a flat-screen TV and a spacious walk-in closet. Its attached en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and a luxurious walk-in shower with rain head and body sprays.

Two additional queen bedrooms upstairs share an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. These bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, perfect for accommodating families with young children or teens who enjoy sleeping in.

The fourth bedroom is a unique bunk room with custom-built log twin bunk beds, accommodating up to 6 children. Each bunk bed nook is equipped with its own outlet and reading lights. A third full bathroom on the lower level provides a shower and tub combination. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in each bathroom, with an additional half bath on the main floor.

For families with little ones, a pack 'n play, children's books, and a highchair are also available.

The cabin-style living space welcomes guests with an updated, clean, and bright aesthetic. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a spacious breakfast bar, and all necessary cooking amenities. Enjoy freshly brewed coffee from the combination drip and K-cup coffee machine every morning.

The open kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, offering stunning views of the deck and backyard through large glass doors. High ceilings and new furniture elevate the dining experience.

The basement game room provides a cool retreat with ample seating, including plush bean bag style seating and a large leather sectional. Watch a movie on the flat screen smart TV, which is hooked up to spectrum cable. Enjoy one of the 5 arcade games, from racing snowmobiles, Terminator, and a fishing game, plus the Pandora Box arcade game offers over 750 old school games from Tetris to Mortal Kombat to Super Mario Brothers. If you are tired of screens, you can challenge your kids to Bubble Hockey.

Whether you're looking to relax on the beach or enjoy some fishing, this riverside cabin offers a slice of paradise just a short walk away. Situated on the beloved Saco River, it boasts a prime spot with a picturesque bend, perfect for swimming and a sandy bar to complete the experience.

The house is located on a main road, so winter access to the property is a breeze. The cabin is located on the Saco River at a hot spot that locals and tourists alike have loved for years. Whether you want to relax on the beach and just get a tan by the water, or enjoy some fishing, this little bit of heaven on the river is just a short 2-minute walk on the private path from the house. This amazing bend in the river provides a great swimming hole for the whole family and an awesome sandbar completes the package. There are two separate cabins on this property. If you have a larger group than 12 and wish to rent both cabins, please reach out and we can accommodate you.
