Luxury Lodge on Castle Rock Lake. Perfect Setting For Your Outdoor Fun

Beautiful home, has everything needed. Small beach 6 minute walk, 2 minute drive within community. Sandy, very gentle slope. Great for everyone. Other beaches, trails 5-15 minutes away. Wisconsin Dells 30 minutes away. Nice brewery in Mauston. Restaurants a bit spotty, but eatable. Ursula very responsive. VRBO went down shortly before we arrived and able to reach her quickly via cell to get in. Reached out a couple other times and always quickly responded.

Accommodations were very nice with enough room to comfortably fit 10 adults. Place is tastefully decorated and very clean. Well delivered and easy instructions.

Nice property, but it isn’t on a lake like the listing says. It is off a subdivision road, and it is a considerable walk down to the water. You are secluded in trees so it has a private feel, but no lake views.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin in the woods. It was scrupulously clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are separated from each other, two with ensuites and the other 2 bedrooms had a beautiful bathroom located just outside each bedroom. There is also a wonderful loft where are 2 boys slept. The location is perfect with more things for the family to do than we had time for. The host was wonderful to work with. Everything was just as she told us it would be and she was available for help at any time if we would have needed it. We would give the highest recommendation of this cabin to anyone who is considering it.it.joutside the bedroom.

This log cabin is beautiful decorated!! The owners put a lot of thought and love into it!! Would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful log home, loved the layout with bedrooms on each end of the house on both the main level and lower, walkout level. 2 of the 4 bedrooms are ensuites, with all 4 bedrooms having access to their own bathroom and large closets, (3 walk-in)made our stay so comfortable. The additional sleep/lounge/loft area upstairs provides sleep/activity area for older kids or work/computer area for adults. Lower level is another couch/actvity/tv area, in addition to the bedrooms. A pantry space that was empty except for a few small appliances (crockpot, hand mixer, etc) made a great space to organize ALL of our snacks etc. The hosts were great with communication and followed thru with all follow up and communication. We made wonderful family memories on this multi family vacation. Thank you to Ursula and Eric.

We had a great time at the cabin. The pictures barely do it justice. Ursula was great to deal with and made check-in/check-out a breeze. The rustic cabin had all the amenities listed. We were able to rent a boat and dock it at The Dirty Turtle bar (7 minute drive) for $20. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The pictures shown are old, and in no way represents what is correct now. The furniture and beds are old and worn out. The home was dirty, and we had to call the landlord when we first arrived. There was food in the sinks, hair and dirt on the stove, refrigerator was dirty, floors and windows were dirty. For the property we thought we leased vs what we received was a rip off and we never would have rented it. There should be a refund and Verbo visit the property and her ability to do this to other people!!

Excellent cabin for family vacation. Great amenities for kids and adults. The beach within walking distance is not really a beach, but a shoreline. Castle Rock Park beach which is 5 min drive is a perfect beach for all. Beds are very comfortable. Lovely place to get away from it all!

Place was lovely but is not on the “lake It is a 10 minute walk to access. It was nice to put beach chairs in the shallow waters Ursula was wonderful and the kitchen is stocked with pots and pans.
