This home is spacious and inviting, and guests are welcomed into a large living area with high ceilings and windows that offer a full view of the beauty outside. An attractive floor to ceiling stone hearth, with a wood burning fireplace, is surrounded by comfortable couches.

The cabin is accessible year-round and is just a few miles from the town of Donnelly.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms this home was designed for families or groups up to 12. This lakeside home includes a private swimming dock and room for 2 docked boats. After a day in the lake warm up at the custom fire pit set on flagstone patio. There is a large outside deck with a large hot tub, patio heaters for chilly evenings and a barbecue.

The interior of this home is unparalleled. It features enough rustic mountain touches to keep the atmosphere authentic, but with all of the modern luxuries you have come to expect. Come and stay in the beautiful home.

The living room, dining area and kitchen have an open concept, providing an optimal space for entertaining the whole group. The dining table is positioned for great views, and ideal for dining in or on the spacious deck with numerous heaters to ward off the cool, fresh evening air.

The chef`s kitchen makes preparing food easy and enjoyable. Complete with designer appliances, granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar with additional seating. It is fully stocked with most of the items you`ll need to enjoy cooking.

The loft overlooks the family room and has amazing views of the lake. This home has board games, and kids will have plenty of room to sprawl out and play.

Bedrooms include a king bed on the main floor, a two queen beds bedroom, a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed bedroom and another queen bed bedroom - up to 12 guests will sleep comfortably.

With Tamarack Resort just over seven miles away, offering downhill skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lines and with the lake just outside your back door, guests staying at this four-bedroom vacation rental will have something fun to do all year-round.

This home is located on a paved road and is accessible year-round.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were inside and/or outside the house at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed in or on the property. Any evidence found will incur an automatic $500 charge, plus additional monies for damages.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture or games. Any damage found at departure will incur additional charges.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: Please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill` if the hot tub is left excessively dirty and unable to be cleaned by a routine hot tub servicing after your departure.

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues.     The property is amazing. The house has everything you need and the private beach/lake access is perfect. We had 2 young kids and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us and more. Everything was wonderful and the hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could possibly provide any feedback on is the mattresses were not very comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect.

    We really enjoyed out stay here in late May! It was a perfect time to visit - everything was so green, the lake was mostly full but with some beach space for our kids to play on, and the house was in perfect condition. The hosts were wonderful and made the stay easy and painless. It was a perfect home for multiple families in a quiet part of the little peninsula on the lake.

    This home is spotless and beautiful. It’s in a quiet neighborhood RIGHT on the lake. Gorgeous views! The beds were extremely comfortable! The hot tub was amazing as well. I loved that it is right off the master bedroom, so you don’t freeze on the way in! There are also porch heaters out there-bonus! The kitchen was fully stocked with gear, but very limited spices/food. The listing says there isn’t any coffee and they are correct! Bring your own! By far my favorite thing was that our rather large pickup FIT INSIDE the garage! First time it’s ever been garaged since we’ve owned it! The heater worked perfect throughout the entire house and was easy to turn down at night. The management team is top notch. They responded to two concerns we had within minutes. One was the water quit working (it was a super simple fix due to a filter that had been replaced and I was able to turn the handle back on with their easy to understand photo they sent). The other was that the Keurig coffee maker needed to be descaled and it quit working. The cleaning manager came over herself and got it working for us-she went way above and beyond. Especially since it was a record weekend for them with check ins. The things I would recommend for the owner/management to change would be: 1. Put extra blankets in the closets. There aren’t any, so we used the comforters off the extra beds we weren’t using. 2. Provide coffee, filters and k cups 3. There is no DVD/Blu-ray player (update listing)

    This was a perfect experience for me and my family. Everything was as expected. We were a little worried that, with 12 of us, we would not have enough storage for food but the cabin has 3 refrigerators! It was wonderful. Lake water level was a little low but but they can’t control that.

    The house is very beautiful inside. Very spacious and large. Comfortable for large groups. The beds could have been cleaned a bit better, the bed covers, pillows and comforters stunk. Other than that, it was great
