Nestled in the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains and the Ouachita National Forest, this southeastern area of Oklahoma is a natural oasis of serene beauty and wonder in the center of Choctaw Nation!

This beautifully appointed BRAND NEW cabin feels large and grandiose with cathedral ceilings and walls of large picture windows. Enjoy cozy nights with your family sitting in luxurious leather seating in front of our two-story tall stone gas fireplace with 65 smart TV. The living room shares an open floor plan with our beautiful kitchen that has stainless steel appliances, quartzite counters, custom cabinetry, and all the cookware/utensils you need to make memories cooking meals with your family. There is extra seating at our over-sized kitchen island which is just across from the designer dining table that seats 6 guests.

Blue Haven sleeps 6-8 people with 1 king bed downstairs, 2 queen beds upstairs, and 1 air mattress with linens. The cabin is equipped with only the best including memory foam mattresses and resort quality bedding. Enjoy spa-like amenities with a shower tower featuring a waterfall setting, rainfall setting, and massage jets; an over-sized soaking tub; a towel warmer; and luxury bath robes. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are available for guest use.

Plenty of in-cabin entertainment will keep you and your family connected with one another: four smart TV's, an air hockey table, a shuffleboard table, a Pac-Man game console table to bring back all of your favorite 1980's memories, board games and our favorite, shuffleboard bowling!

Stepping out onto the back patio, a sparkling brand new 5-person hot tub awaits next to our 2nd stone-stacked gas fireplace and patio seating. Don't forget to bring your steaks for the grill out back! The outdoor entertainment area is well lit with plenty of accent lighting in the trees. The fire pit has seating for 8 guests and is ready for s'more making and memorable conversations. Bring the kids and let them run through the 80-foot towering pine trees, creating their own adventures and exploration. Our 480 sqft playground is made with premium cedar wood, can accommodate up to 4 children ages 3-10, and includes:

We are located just minutes from both of these as well as Beaver's Bend Resort Park, Hochatown State Park, and Cedar Creek Golf Course at Beaver's Bend. Rent a boat, go kayaking, dive in for a swim, hike the trails, try out fly fishing, or saddle up for some horseback riding! Our family favorite is renting an ATV and exploring the trails in the Ouachita National Forest!

This cabin is privately owned and operated - that means no extra resort fees, property management fees, or admin fees.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. Most often times we have back to back reservations so we cannot accommodate early check in requests.

We require a two-night minimum, and 3-4 nights minimum during holidays.

Our luxury cabin comes with starter supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher detergent. If you plan to stay longer than 2 days, you will need to bring extra of these items.

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens, bath towels, and hot tub towels. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are available for guest use. We also provide propane for the grill.

Firewood: You may stop at many different places in Hochatown to pick up a bundle of firewood. You will see spots on the side of the road or stop at any gas station. Firewood is only needed for the fire pit as our fireplaces have gas logs.

Fireplaces: Our indoor and outdoor fireplaces are both gas fireplaces with gas logs. Do not remove or rearrange the gas logs. Do not throw debris, trash, etc into the fireplaces. Both fireplaces are easily operated with a timer switch. Starter fluid, firewood, lighter, etc is not needed.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is drained, sanitized, freshwater added and treated before your arrival. It is ready for use upon your arrival.

WiFi: We provide guests with free WiFi in our cabin. We are not responsible for any outages, delays, or issues with the WiFi. The cabin is located in a remote area therefore, the signal will vary sometimes. We will do everything to ensure you have the best internet service we can provide.

Parking: Circular parking with room for several vehicles and a boat/trailer (no travel trailers/RVs permitted).

Security: All exterior doors equipped with deadbolts, exterior security cameras, and a unique code is assigned to each guest's booking dates.

Pets: We have a strict pet policy and take the cleanliness of our cabin very seriously. A maximum of two dogs weighing no more than 25lbs each may accompany you during your stay. The dogs must be put in a self-provided kennel while you are away from the cabin. Pet waste should be picked up outside so as to leave the property in nice condition for the next guests. After your departure, our cleaners will do a thorough cleaning to ensure no hair is left behind as well as use an ozone machine to prepare the cabin for our next guests. The pet fee covers the extra costs related to the additional time the cleaners spend at the property as well as the ozone machine rental. Note: We are in the middle of the forest. Deer and other wildlife are present. There is no fence or any form of containment and guests are responsible for keeping their animals off of neighboring properties and safe. Pet Fee: $250 per dog.

Smoking: We have a strict no smoking policy - inside or outside on the cabin property. Violators will be fined $500 and removed from the property.

Prohibited: No parties, weddings, events, or fireworks. Violators will be fined $500 and removed from the property.
