We absolutely loved the cabin. It was very quaint and had a nice open concept so it felt big and spacious. The hot tub and firepit were so nice to have. Plus the front porch was nice to start the day with a book and cup of coffee. Red River Gorge isn't far from where we live and we could see coming back her often and I would definitely pick to stay here. The location was great and was a short drive to walking trails, tourist spots, and restuarants.

Very nice place to stay, close to town, but secluded.

My wife and I had planned a short weekend stay in the Red River Gorge area. This place is quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately we got catch at the time hurricane Helen came through and knocked out all the power which shortened out stay, but we are planning on going back.

We stayed 4 nights but the second night I had 19 bed bug bites on my body I went to the office and showed the woman there my arm with 8 bites and pictures of the bed bugs we found in the bed, the woman apologized but also made excuses and blamed the people who had been there before from Michigan then she said someone would call me, I made two calls but neither did they go to the cabin to fix the problem they just limited themselves to saying sorry and that the cabin had been empty for a long time, very poor excuse. I did some research on the internet and bed bugs can live up to 6 months or more alive without eating. My conclusion is that they did not care because this cabin is for sale and will be sold soon. But just in case I do not recommend you stay here.

Nice cabin, too close to parkway, nousy outside.

Property was clean and easy to get to. Very conveniently located. However, there is no internet as advertised, and no dishwasher. There are several flights of very steep stairs to even get in the front door and only room for 1 car to park. Other than not disclosing the stairs and not having what was advertised the place was good. I probably would have picked a different place for myself if those things were disclosed however.

Nice place close to Natural Bridge and Red River Gorge activities. No complaints. Some things to be aware of: the map given by the rental company was off--as you go up the hill it's the first place on the left. You don't go up to a left turn/street as indicated on the map. The street the house is on is steep. First gear did not keep the car from speeding up so make sure your brakes are working. The cabin is by the parkway, so when you are outside there is a lot of road noise.

The cabin was spotless when we arrived. It was stocked with anything you could need while away from home. There was plenty of space for 5 adults. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the check in and out very simple. The location was only a couple of miles from the Natural Bridge, which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend staying at this cabin.
