Luxury Cabin Private Pond 3k sqft Covered Deck

The property was absolutely breathtaking and we found it clean and ready for our stay. Our large family of 20 had a great time enjoying all the games such as pool, ping pong , shuffleboard, and board games on the shelf in the game room. Even the rain didn’t spoil our trip because the cabin had so much to entertain everyone. The cabin provided space to spread out to have conversations and relax. I especially loved the two large swings which provided a great area to visit.

Love our stay at Once Upon a Pond! So many different and fun hangout areas for multiple families. Highlights were the oversized porch swings, putt putt course, fishing in the pond and the campfire area. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy.We will definitely be back!

If you ever decide to take not just your little family but your WHOLE crew away to Broken Bow for a getaway, this cabin is an absolute must! The host was incredible… checking in with us throughout our stay to be sure everything was exactly what we hoped for and more. The photos don’t even come close to capturing how beautiful this place truly is. It’s even better in person. And the icing on the cake was the Christmas decorations. This cabin is a must. We’re not sure when, but we will be back!

Large, spacious, luxury cabin! Our big group enjoyed our stay. There was always something to do from put-put, pool, campfires, the tv on the deck, jacuzzi, the swing beds (personal favorite), and all the games provided. The house was spacious and provided all the necessities needed for our 4 night stay. About 8 minute drive to Beaver Bend! We definitely recommend Once Upon a Pond to anyone! Thanks Stephen!

This cabin was amazing! The cabin is even more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures believe it or not. The house is massive with so many details and is very well-made and designed. The house was immaculately clean and made for such a relaxing stay. The patios are huge and there is plenty of space to lounge. If you have kids, there is more than enough for them to do and adults will have fun playing all the games too! It's not hard to get to and not too far from town but still has a sense of privacy. We hosted a very small and intimate wedding here and I am so glad we did. The patio was the perfect scenery for our ceremony and was spacious enough we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Not to mention the trees and pond made for gorgeous pictures. The hosts were very accommodating and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back and stay here again!!

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful cabin for a family event. It was spectacular. Everything was in perfect working order and clean. The atmosphere is so welcoming and peaceful. We highly recommend Once Upon a Pond and hope to stay there again.

We got married at Once Upon a Pond in Broken Bow, and it was the perfect setting for our day. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and felt like our own private getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our life together.

Once upon a pond is even nicer and more beautiful in person than it is in the pictures! We were blown away by how quality the entire cabin is and the little details. We had a very small and intimate wedding on the patio and it was perfect for our vision. The house was immaculate and clean and the owners were happy to answer any questions we had. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend!!

The cabin was perfect! We loved the layout, the decor', the amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. The deck was fabulous and also well furnished. Our family used all the amenities, including the hot tub, corn hole, pool table, shuffle board, board games, fishing pond and 9-hole putt-putt golf course. We were especially pleased with the 9-hole putt-putt golf course. The holes were challenging and well laid out. It made for a great family tournament in the evenings. We also appreciated the customer service we received. Management was quick to respond and very helpful. My daughter left a necklace and ring behind and the house cleaning staff was honest and kind enough to turn it in and they got it back to my daughter.

This was an awesome get away for our family! Would definitely recommend and will book again on our next trip to Broken Bow. Can’t go wrong here!

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It is massive and spacious. We had a wonderful time and the kids said it was the best trip ever. Also, the internet is super fast. I took multiple video calls for work and never had an issue even with 10 other devices online. Broken Bow can be hit or miss with cell service so I was super impressed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We loved this property! The deck is wonderful, nestled among pine trees and shaded. Have two refrigerators is a game changer! The house is well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is roomy.We worried about mosquitoes since the property is on a pond but we didn’t see any at all! The consensus in our family is Once Upon a Pond is the best cabin we’ve had in our four trips to Broken Bow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic and spacious cabin. The kitchen was well-equipped, the suites were just right with gorgeous showers, and the kids loved the unique back room. We all enjoyed mini-golf and we spent most of our time on the huge top deck. What a great space! Stephen is responsive and polite.

The house was beautifully decorated and had plenty of games for entertainment. Our favorite part was definitely the enormous deck—it was the perfect spot for enjoying our meals and relaxing outdoors.However, while the house itself was fantastic, we were a bit disappointed by the property. The pond shown in the photos appeared much smaller in person, and when we arrived, it was murky and difficult to access due to the incredibly steep slope. Additionally, we were hoping for a designated outdoor area where the kids could play, but unfortunately, there wasn't any recreation space. The grounds mainly consisted of a pebbled driveway and the steep slope down to the pond, with nothing else around except your close neighbors or the road. We felt the outdoor grounds photos of this property were a bit deceiving.Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but we wish the outdoor space matched our expectations.

Once Upon a Pond met every expectation we had. We had 18 of us to celebrate an 80th birthday and it was perfect. The house’s amenities are amazing and so much to do for all ages. The house was clean and very well stocked. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend.

Words cannot express how stunning this vacation rental is.. it is breathtaking by its beauty and views. I would definitely recommend booking this cabin for your next event or vacation. I look forward to my next trip there.

Very spacious lots to do and not do very clean had everything we needed in it for 17 people

Wow, where do I start? Maybe out front with the lovely fire pit set up with seating for 12 or 15. Walk through the custom Steel front door entry and you are greeted with a very grand open space that is even larger and better appointed than the pictures show! get lost exploring the four king en suite rooms with each their own custom decorated and designed marble showers. Head out to the back deck and take in the beauty of pine trees with the pond below. We sat on the deck and watched fish swim around for hours. Where to next? The eight person hot tub? Or putt putt down below? Or how about the awesome game room with pool, shuffleboard, foosball, board games for days and comfy seating. And the bunk room is pure genius! I am a builder, and I have to say it is a very well designed and built sleeping experinece. Don’t forget the generous size daybeds hanging on the back porch. Two of our guys slept out there with nothing but the moonlight and listening to coyotes Helen in the distance. Needless to say, you’re not going to find a better home in Broken Bow! Book it now before it’s too late. We will be back!!! Also, Stephen was a very responsive and accommodating host, allowed us to check in FOUR HOURS early due to the fact that we only had two days here and he wanted us to be able to maximize our time. Stephen, thank you for an unforgettable stay!

ABSOLUTLELY AMAZING! This was the first of hopefully many to come, of our families Christmas tradition.From start to finish, inside and out, this home offered us the best experience ever. The host was kind, courteous and available to assist with any and all of our needs. The pictures don't do it justice, beautiful decor and every room was spotless. The covered decks were not only enormous but very inviting, with its beautiful views and well thought out amenities. I could go on and on, but words can't express the wonderful time we had. We are very much looking forward to coming back to experience this home during the summertime. Thank you for the beautiful memories you've given our family, through this amazing experience. This cabin is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a getaway. We spent most of our time at the home because of all the great activities there were to do. The hosts are phenomenal at communicating and checking to see how the stay goes. We are already planning our next getaway to this cabin.

5 out of 5 stars does not do this property justice!!! Beautiful indoor/outdoor setting... beyond outstanding rental cabin... we had the time of our lives!!!!! This cabin has anything you could possibly want for a long weekend or full week getaway... we never left the property during our stay. So much to do for the adults and kids... game room with gorgeous pool table, separate ping pong room, mini-golf on one of the covered decks... and of course outdoor deck space with hot tub and overlook of the fishing pond. Nothing compares to the attention to detail with the furnishings and decor for this cabin... simply gorgeous!!! And then there is the BUNK Room... kids (and adults) did NOT want to leave!!!!! We had a FABULOUS experience with our Once Upon a Pond cabin and are already planning our next stay!!! Thank you Stephen for sharing this amazing property!!!!!

The house was way more than what we expected! Very clean and organized the kitchen had everything you needed. All the master bedrooms were very roomie and private. Bunk room is every kids dream and adults (: so many different spaces with TVs and games for different groups to do their own thing. Our stay at once upon a pound was amazing and will be back .
