Very nice cabin, very quick responses from host, and even offered us extra nights to stay due to the snow storm if we needed. Luckily we made it down the mountain, thanks again!

Our family of 7 enjoyed the cabin over the Christmas break. We loved the location and neighborhood. Pigeon forge was a 20 min drive away to most attractions. Would recommend this cabin to any family looking to enjoy the beauty the Smokey Mountains has to offer.

Cabin was comfortable for our family of 10. We were surprised by the smell of the water, it could be normal for the area.

Overall, the cabin was very nice. Great location. Only complaint was that the hot tub was not heated upon arrival and had brown foam on top with murky looking water. We ended up not using so not a big deal. Cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful.

Any edits? We had a wonderful stay at this cabin overall. The cabin itself was beautiful—clean, tidy, and with plenty of sleeping space for our group. The views off the back deck were absolutely phenomenal, and we really enjoyed watching the wildlife in the area.That said, we did encounter a couple of challenges during our stay. The refrigerator stopped working early on, and while the rental company did their best to coordinate with the manufacturer, the repair couldn’t be scheduled until the day we departed. Their initial solution was to move all eight of us to another cabin, which wasn’t a viable option for our group. In the end, we went out and bought coolers and ice to manage on our own. A quicker resolution—like swapping in a refrigerator from another nearby cabin—might have been a more practical option.We also had an internet outage for part of a day. While it wasn’t a huge issue for us, it did require waiting on the service provider to come out, which was out of the rental company’s control.To their credit, the company did provide a reimbursement for the refrigerator issue, which we felt was a fair and gracious resolution.All in all, the setting, views, and comfort of the cabin made it a memorable trip. With a few improvements to how unexpected maintenance issues are handled, this would be an easy five-star experience.

The house was beautiful! There were a few downfalls, the hot tub is old and pretty dirty. We had to request to have it cleaned. The cover is torn, and saturated with water. I would suggest upgrading the hot tub in general. All the cushions on the outdoor furniture were ripped and need to be upgraded. For the price we paid the stay these are pretty inexpensive fixes. Other wise the stay was beautiful with beautiful views.

Excellent location, excellent cabin, great for family. Love the view from the back of the cabin. We do recommend this place for a mountain vacation. Enjoyed our trip!

Large and spacious home that looks just like the photos. There are many features that make it perfect for large groups such as en suite bathrooms in each bedroom as well is individual thermostats. Plenty of extra amenities throughout the home as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Needed better pillows, bedding. Some cleaning supplies should be provided like dish detergent bathroom cleaners.Cushions for outside furniture was missing.

This property exceeded my expectations, it was a beautiful place to stay and we had more than enough room for our group! Will definitely book again when in the area!

My friends and I stayed here to hang out and visit Gatlinburg. We stayed during a weekend where it snowed and the host was very accommodating! The roads were well maintained and we were actually able to leave the cabin during our stay.

The cabin was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 7 (3 generations) to spread out and relax. The communal areas gave us plenty of options to play games and hang out. Kitchen was well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cabin is very nice and clean. Communication wasn’t great for us. I sent a couple messages and never received a response. We had a great time overall & do recommend. Great location and easy to find.

The property was exactly as described on the website. The kitchen was well Stocked with utensils. It was a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking for a large group, plenty of fun things to do at the cabin for all ages, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was perfect for a family weekend getaway. We will definitely come back and highly recommend!

We stayed here with friends. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out with the fire and the hot tub the most. Would definitely recommend to others.

There is not much else to say, everything in and around this cabin couldnt have been better. The cabin was perfectly clean, organized, spacious, and well appointed, i would recommend this cabin to anyone and Ihave already started lookinh at my next rental from summiy.

The family, ten of us, had a great time at Stargazer Chalet! The house was clean and spacious, everyone was pleased with their accommodations! The pool table and retro video game console saw much use. We saw several bears, although they kept to themselves and weren’t a concern. Overall a great experience in the hills of Tennessee!

Beautiful clean home with plenty of tables and areas to enjoy games, puzzles and snacks. Deck was pretty with comfortable seating. Bring all the little things you need. No salt, pepper, cooking spray or dish brush. Dollar General and grocery store close by to get everything you need.
