Stayed Feb 13, 2026The house was beautiful and the view was amazing. You can see the Ober Mountain ski slopes from the balcony! Great location if that's where you are going and don't mind driving steep mountain roads so you won't have to wait in a long line for the tram. The host was very professional and addressed every question very quickly prior to arrival. A few things prevented me from giving 5 stars. In the kitchen, a few plates in the cabinet were found with spoiled milk and mold. Some of the pans were so badly scratched they are unusable. They must be replaced. One of the master bathrooms had a toilet seat that was broken (a same day repair was offered by the host). The shower faucet in one of the master bedroom bathrooms was broken so the water would not even turn on and was unusable. And finally some things in the house were very old and did not work properly such as the blinds for the 3rd floor balcony and the blinds in the master bedrooms did not block the sun very much in the morning so sleeping later than sunrise was difficult. So overall I was happy with the house and would still definitely recommend.

Stayed Oct 14, 2025Beautiful property, loved the home, decks & hot tub. The elevator was a necessity I wasn’t expecting for we older people. I did not, however, appreciate, being told by the host to pay & provide my own propane for the grill. Considering what is charged per night, providing a grill WITH propane doesn’t seem too much to ask. So we weren’t able to grill.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Had a great stay with family - kitchen stocked with everything we needed and big enough for two people to easily cook together in. Enough room to sit together inside and outside (8 of us). The view was wonderful! Communication with owner was easy and he was quickly responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025This home was truly stunning and gave the 8 adults in our family plenty of room to spread out. My personal favorite was the enormous table we could gather around to eat - I think it could easily handle 14 people. The younger adults in our group loved the hot tub, and my 78 year old mom was especially grateful for the elevator to navigate between the four levels of the house. The home was packed with amenities, and the labeling, notes and instructions made it super easy to figure out how everything operated. Finally, a big shout out to our hosts for their communication before and during the stay, even responding back via text within five minutes late on a Sunday night to solve an electronic door lock code. I would highly recommend this home to other travelers, and I’m hopeful we get a chance to stay again.

Stayed May 28, 2025The view of the smokey mountains is one in a million- the best of any rental we have ever stayed in. The house itself was perfectly furnished with plenty of space for 4 chaperones and 10 senior boys. I highly recommend considering this property if visiting the Gatlinburg area.

Stayed May 5, 2025We stayed for a week and were very happy with the accommodations - it was perfect for our group of couples/single adults as a place to relax between our hikes in the Smokies. The house has a very well-equipped kitchen, lots of separate spaces for people to spread out, and plenty of things to do when hanging around--also plenty of options for food delivery if you don't feel like cooking! One thing I'd recommend is to pack some extra towels--we used the hot tub daily and needed more than were there. And though it was perfect for our size group, the layout/floor plan is a little broken up, so it would be hard to have 12 people all hanging together in any area besides the large dining table. And while I'm sure the living room fireplace is lovely in winter, I wish the giant chimney/mantle wasn't blocking the windows and the gorgeous view from inside! Despite those minor issues, I would absolutely stay here again. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful when I had an issue or question, the location was close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, and it had everything we needed. All in all, the stay was perfect for a milestone birthday!

Stayed Apr 11, 2025After a brief hiccup with the elevator (property managers were very responsive to help resolve) we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The views were gorgeous, there was ample space to gather or to take a few minutes of down time. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is a reasonable drive to all major attractions. We’ve been to the Smoky Mountains a number of times and now that our handicapped son is a teen an accessible home is a must. Very happy we found this one!

Stayed Jan 29, 2025Amazing views! The home was clean and very comfortable. Completely updated which is always nice. This property is high up on a mountain, which gives you ANAZING views. I'll tell you now so you don't leave a negative review about getting to the cabin. The roads are mountain roads which means curvy. It can also mean snow covered at times. Whatever the case, this home is worth it!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024The chalet was beautiful with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for all 15 of us. Great for family to all be together, yet had plenty of places to separate. I would recommend this for family get togethers.

Stayed Nov 24, 2024Very nice place! Spectacular view! My biggest issue is that there are no blackout curtains/blinds especially in the master bedrooms. If you are a riser when the sun comes up then this is your place to stay. Also, there is no bathroom on the main floor/family dining floor.
