Other things to note:
• Possible Construction Noise: Please be aware that our community is a popular tourist hub that is constantly growing and changing. This development and evolution may result in occasional construction noise from neighboring cabins.
• Mountain Environment: Our mountainous location is home to various insects, and you may occasionally encounter them during your stay. To minimize such encounters, we kindly request that you keep all doors closed whenever possible. Ensure the pool room door remains closed at all times, as pool water can attract bugs.
• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. The house is equipped with a smoke monitoring device designed to detect cigarette smoke. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Exterior camera and smart door bell is installed for guest safety. Interior has smart monitors for noise (does not record sound), temperature, humidity, motion and smoke including cigarette smoke
• No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/ other things out of our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help incase you need to cancel outside of our policy window
• Valley Tree Preservation: As part of our responsibility to prevent soil erosion and maintain the integrity of the community, we refrain from clear-cutting trees in the area. Hence views from bottom deck may be partially obstructed by the natural growth of trees.
• Limited Provisions: To enjoy your coffee just the way you like it, we recommend bringing your favorite coffee for use with the Keurig Duo Coffee Maker provided. As our Cabin accommodates big groups, we offer limited provisions and Publix Supermarket in proximity sells more necessities.
• Propane Tank for Fire Pit: – If you're considering enjoying our outdoor fire pit, kindly inform us at least 48 hours before your reservation. This allows us to ensure that everything is prepared correctly for a small service fee of $50 per propane tank. Please exercise responsible use of the fire pit due to its significant heat output, and never leave it unattended, and pay extra caution when children are present.
