Stayed Jun 2, 2024We really loved it all. Quiet and serene.The steps down to the creek are seriously steep (all 223 of them) for a 62 year old, but well worth the trip. Loved it!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Great property. Single track road to access was a little hairy but ok after a couple drives. Enjoyed the quiet, shady isolation. The stairs down to the creek were amazing, a good workout. Great location, close to town.

Stayed Oct 27, 2023The location was great being between the 2 cities. The stairs down to the creek...do not attempt this if you're out of shape, they're brutal lol. I think we counted 224 lol. We went once, it's beautiful Creekside! The cabin is just as pictured, the space was great for us (2 adult couples). We didn't use the hot tub because the weather was too warm for it. It is fully stocked with about everything you could possibly need for cooking! Hosts were amazing, did extremely well communicating with us! Good experience and would recommend this cabin.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely love our stays at the Mayfly cabin in Epworth, Ga. This has been our second stay at the cabin and booking through Evolve. Everything has been seamless from our reservations to the quality of our cabin. The cabin itself is well appointed with everything you could need from cooking supplies, comfortable bedding, robs for the hot tub, flashlights for our walks to the creek, laundry detergent if needed. Coffee supplies. Toilet paper and paper towels. Anything you could need was thought of. The cabin is immaculate and very comfortable. The setting in the woods with the creek below is the most picturesque place you could imagine. Everything is you could want to do is a short and easy drive 10-20 mins away through gorgeous picturesque scenery. Some of the adventures we have partaken in have been: Mercier Orchards, Aska trails, Toccoa River, Blue Ridge lake and parks, Vogel state park, Downtown Helen Ga for October fest, Down Blue Ridge for shopping and dining, Bear Claw winery, and so much more. We enjoyed dining at Cucina Rustica. I would definitely recommend taking a drive through Russel Scenic parkway. Each time we stay is better than the last. We usually come at the end of October and have been lucky to catch the fall foliage each time. We will continue to book through Evolve and will be back to Curt and Carole’s beautiful Mayfly Cabin again and again. Five stars all the way!
