Stayed Dec 30, 2025We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house was clean, the hosts were very responsive, and the rooms were spacious enough to host two families comfortably. Our kids really enjoyed the game room, movie room, pool, and hot tub! We will definitely return.

Stayed Sep 24, 2025Honest review from a family stay at this “LUX” cabin:Check-in was simple and communication with the host started strong. But when we reported the non-working washer, it took two days for a handyman to show up, it was never fixed, and the host stopped responding afterward. VRBO was notified, VRBO COULD NEVER GET AHOLD OF HOST. VRBO offered to refund their fee on their behalf but host would never answer about compensation. Other issues: washed-out firepit gravel (tripping hazard), unusable cornhole boards, damaged arcade plug and one non-working gun. The pool door “alarm” is delayed several seconds, and the stair gate was useless (our 8-yr-old slid under it). Food/trash was left in multiple rooms. upstairs AC struggled, pool room split unit was unreliable, and the living room TV was painfully slow.On the positive side, the hot tub and pool were great, Wi-Fi was strong, and our kids really enjoyed the bunk/playhouse room, pool table, and theater space for spreading out. These features kept them entertained despite the issues.Overall: not worth its “luxury” rate. It felt average compared to cheaper cabins due to many maintenance problems and lack of follow-through. We even left a rack of firewood and the cabin in better shape than we found it.

Stayed Oct 5, 2025Cabin was as beautiful as the pictures show. Host communicated at the highest level of any that I have stayted with. We could not have enjoyed our vacation any more! Theatre room was a nice touch. Smores at the fire pit was a great way to end the day. We really enjoyed our visit to the Smoky Mountains.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025This property is overly impressive with its beautiful decor and space for all of our family. The indoor pool was the biggest hit with our kids as well as the game room, and movie room. It’s well thought out and designed. We had the most wonderful time and if we stay in the mountains again, we will definitely be wanting this property For our stay!

Stayed May 22, 2025The house was beautiful and very nice and clean. Loved the pool inside the house. The only downside is it’s a little further from Gatlinburg than we thought. But we really enjoyed our time and the house.

The owners were very thoughtful in everything they did in this cabin. Communication was beyond good, they were so quick to response about simple questions. Would highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 15, 2024This property was everything and more! Great for a couple families wanting to enjoy the area! Two masters and an amazing bunk room! From the second we walked in we were all very happy with the property and amenities! It had everything we needed and lots of additional little touches to make it an even better stay for all! We own a rental property and kept noting all the details and extras that made this house great! Our kids LOVED the indoor pool and kids and adults all enjoyed the hot tub and game room. We honestly could have stayed the whole weekend at the house but had planned a day at Dollywood. The kids said they loved it but would have loved hanging at the house just as much!! We will definitely be back! Such a gem!

Stayed Aug 23, 2024The cabin was clean the beds were comfortable. Kids loved the bunk room and the pool. Had a battery issue with the lock. The owner responded within 5 minutes and the issue was resolved. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return when we come back to the smokies.

Stayed May 27, 2024This place was so amazing for our family! All the amenities from the theater, game room, indoor pool and jacuzzi were enough for us to stay right where we were. The location was a huge plus for us! Not to far from town but far enough to feel the mountains.. The house itself was set up extremely well and in a way to make things just a little easier during our stay. I will say our favorite thing by far was the bed swing on the porch. I’m pretty sure my husband and I sat out there the entire time. We just loved everything about it. Our hosts were extremely gracious and we will definitely be returning in the near future!
