Wonderful mountain cabin with all the bells and whistles! Enjoy the sounds of Laurel Branch and its waterfall from expansive porches with tons of privacy. Spacious 4 bedroom home with 4.5 baths. Features include 4 stone fireplaces, chef's kitchen with six-burner gas range, king suite on main level with fireplace and upper level king suite with loft overlooking living area. Lower level features family room with fireplace, bunk room, king suite and hot tub!
Extremely functional floor plan makes for great entertaining and family time. Wrap-around decks with outdoor fireplace, farm table and front porch make enjoyable outdoor living spaces.
With a bunk room that sleeps six (95lb limit) and a wifi-free kids' lounge (ping pong, foosball, mini pool, corn hole, magnetic darts, board games) and a zip line, we are ready for families!

Cancellation Policy
- If Guest cancels the reservation more than forty five (45) days before the Arrival Date, the entire Reservation Deposit will be refunded. If Guest cancels the reservation less than forty five days, but more than 14 days, 50% of total amount will be refunded, If Guest cancels less than fourteen (14) days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited.

Owner Disclaimer
- Pets:
We are glad that we offer a home where you can bring your pets along. However, in the year we’ve been renting, we have had numerous problems. Therefore we have the following policies:
Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
Clean up after your pet if they go in the yard, there is a poop scooper usually on the deck.
We have a roll of green temporary fence on the corner of the front deck. If you like, this can be used to keep your pets on the deck. It attaches using the hooks on the rail and the house.
We also have two child gates inside if you would like to keep your pet on the main floor where there is no carpet.
It is imperative that you keep your dog(s) on a leash when outside. There are several (really nice) older people in our neighborhood who frequently walk their dogs without leashes, as well as guests in the garage apartment with dogs sometimes.
Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee.
Other Restrictions
- We have three owner suites with king-size beds, the bunk room and a loft with a day bed. The house comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 6 kids (without using the day bed). Daily rental rate is valid for up to 6 adults and 6 children (under 100lbs). There is a $35/person/day charge for more than 6 adults or 12 guests total. There is a maximum of 8 adults (14 guests total).
If you need additional space, we have a lovely studio apartment over the garage that will sleep two (3 using sofa) and has it's own private deck, large great room, bathroom and kitchenette. Rent main house and studio apartment together here: http://vrbo.com/2225631
The garage apartment is rented separately and may be rented to other guests. These guests do not share any of the amenities of the main house.
