Stayed Dec 13, 2025We had a few hiccups along the way with the house but overall had a good time during our week stay. The house is awesome but we weren’t able to use the pool due to the system getting stuck in shock mode and over chlorinating the pool to an unsafe level. This in turn made us not be able to use the theater because of the super strong chlorine smell burning the eyes and nose while downstairs. The smell also made its way upstairs making the living area not usable for a few days. The pool and theater were the main reason we rented this particular house. The game room was amazing, the kids and adults both loved it. Even with the issues we had, I would definitely recommend this rental when the pool system is functioning correctly.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025We had a wonderful time! It was everything we were hoping for. The only problem was a few spiders and a need for luggage racks. We stayed nine days. The game room was a big hit as well as the pool for the children. We had 20 staying with us off and on. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hannah and Mike were awesome!

Stayed Jun 14, 2024This stay was SO COOL! It’s obvious that so much time and care were put into designing this unique cabin. My daughter was obsessed with sleeping in the Hobbit bunk room, swimming in the cave pool, and playing in the arcade room. Each room has such thoughtfully designed elements and themes and it was so fun to walk through and look at all of the Lord of the Rings themed decorations and details. Apart from the amazing themed elements, the cabin was comfortable, clean, spacious, and the hosts Mike and Shauna were wonderful. This was amazing, 10/10 would stay again! ⭐️

Stayed Jun 6, 2024This cabin is just cool!! There are so many things that made our stay great. The kitchen is fully furnished & easy to prepare meals for a large group with plenty of seating inside. We loved the outside seating area as well. Everyone enjoyed the game room, theater room & of course the pool! There are plenty of bathrooms & a washer/dryer to help after pool time. The cousins loved the hobbit holes & made for a great conversation area to hang out. We would highly recommend this cabin, it is truly an experience!!!
