Lone Star Cabin No. 1 - Texas Hill Country

Quiet location located amongst several wineries. We enjoyed our stay. Mornings on the patio with coffee and quiet evenings. Everything we could imagine was provided! We cannot wait to return soon!!

Amazing property! Went to fredricksberg for a weekend get away and this property blew me away, much larger than I expected and super clean! I will be booking this place again

Beautiful decor. Very comfortable, including the bed. A/C unit in bedroom didn't cool down efficiently. However, the large fan in the room helped a lot. We did not use stove while there. There were crumbs around the burner and a dead bug in the same area. Other than that, very clean. Manager responded promptly regarding porch lights, as did the very friendly maintenance man, Tim. Main complaint - Wine Tour Vans driving too fast and raising dust while we were on front porch. Apparently, they go in front of our cabin, up a little bit and turn around.

We liked everything about the cabin, the kitchen table instead of counter seating, the extra bathroom, the bed was amazingly comfy, the perfectly quiet nights for sleep. This is our second time to stay in this cabin when in Fredericksburg. The only negative is we simply could not get the dish on the living room TV to work. The bedroom TV worked fine. We couldn't get it to work on our first visit either.

We really weren’t hanging out there much. We were in town at my daughter’s house for the Thanksgiving celebration. She has the store BuddyLove on property. Be sure to stop by there for women’s clothes, boots, hats etc.

Second time to stay in these cabins.

This is our second stay in Cabin 1 and hope to return next year. Great location for visiting wineries but also close to downtown Fredericksburg. Nice propane fire pit for sitting out in the evenings.

The location and cabin itself are perfect. Absolutely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. Will be back in the future for sure.

Property was amazing. The Winery on location was amazing as were the ladies behind the counter. I recommend to the fullest and will definitely be going back!!

Perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter at Sam Houston, which is only about 15 minutes away. This place has all the nice touches that make it great - from the kitchen with coffee already there, to homemade bread, to the quiet setting with deer and cows in the backyard!

Wife enjoyed the sunken tub. Not far from a Fredericksburg. Really nice place.

Our host contacted me the day before arrival, there was a problem with the AC in our rental. He relocated us with an upgrade to a newer cabin. It was a wonderful location, we saw birds, rabbits and other animals. The cabin was beautiful and very comfortable. It was the perfect getaway!
