Stayed Jun 28, 2025We arrived expecting a so-so property but were blown away at how new and clean this property is. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, amazing porch and view. Would recommend anyone considering a stay in Leadville to book here. Plenty of room for a family of 6.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025By FAR the cleanest, best stocked, and beautifully decorated rental I have EVER stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot!!! Honestly, truly amazed by how clean and cozy this place is!! It had everything my family needed and more, and was in the most beautiful and convenient location (minutes away from main street). The hosts were very responsive, kind, and accommodating. The only thing I would change is adding a small ceiling fan in the bunk room, as it got hot in there. I would definitely stay again!

Stayed Mar 13, 2025House was great for 6 adults. The openness of the main floor with kitchen, dining, and living room is very convenient. Top notch bathrooms also. Being able to use the garage is a big plus as it snowed all 4 days we stayed. Short drive to Ski Cooper. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025We had a lovely stay!The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking family meals. The garage was large and included a ski rack. In addition to the dining table there were also four bar stools which made feeding a large group easy. The house had children's games like Sorry and Jenga.The listing included playground as an amenity but we didn't find any swingset or similar.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025What an incredible cabin! You feel like you are in the middle or nowhere, but you are so close to town and minutes away from an incredibly affordable ski mountain. We (personally) had some unexpected unfortunate events that occurred and the owners were so accommodating and responsive. It truly feels like home away from home.

Stayed Dec 20, 2024We’ve stayed in VRBO’s all over. This was as good as any experience we’ve had. The hosts were on spot. The cabin and location were excellent. The only down side was how dry the air was. Between being winter the place being a log cabin seemed to reduce the humidity to 0%. If I owned the place I’d definitely incorporate a whole home humidity plan

Location could not be beat relative to Leadville/other attractions, and such a quiet neighborhood too. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with nice amenities.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024What a pleasant surprise to walk into such a beautiful vacation rental. When we looked around, you could feel and see the heartfelt details the owners put into the design and decor of the home. Our friends that came with us said they typically don't like log homes, but they loved this home!!! We felt such peace and calm while experiencing the beauty of the home. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The Leadville location was perfect for day trips to Buena Vista and Vail. If we had more time, we would have also been able experience other surrounding towns, as well. Lastly, we appreciated the notebook that had local recommendations, etc. Oh wait, one more thing, we loved the puzzle idea - although it was hard, we still were able to add a few pieces!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024Love my stay at Rowe's Cabin, the location is perfect, quiet place and close to town, you get the best of both worlds. The Cabin is gorgeous and have all the amenities you will need for your stay. I definitely will be back to this place, it's like a dream.
