Fantastic cabin in a great location! Beautiful log home with great old school feel but modern amenities. Plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate a large group. Charles was great host and took the time on arrival to walk through the property and share everything you’d need to know. Definitely will be back in the future!

From the check in to the amenities, this property was a great experience. My granddaughter enjoyed playing in the sandbox and we all enjoyed kayaking, swimming & making s’mores at the campfire. Lakeview was beautiful (we even saw the northern lights!). The kitchen had everything we needed for a dinner cooked on the grill. Thorough walk through at checkin. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay and everything was clean and fresh. We would certainly stay again. Swimming and playing badminton was a big hit with everyone!! Of course day trip were fun too. Loved all of it.

We used the cabin as a centralized hub to all of the wonderful sights within a short drive. Our Texas family has never been to upper Michigan and being from Michigan I wanted to share some of the best places I have visited with them. We visited Mackinac Bridge, Soo Locks, Shipwreck Museum, Tahquamenon Falls, Tunnel of Trees, Morel Mushroom Hunting, of course Lake Michigan, Huron, and Superior, then on our journey home stopped at Silver Lake and rode Mac Woods Dune Ride and visited the Tin Man in Hart Michigan. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. We loved having a camp fire right on the edge of the lake and the sunsets were gorgeous. One of the coolest things was witnessing the great fire fighting air tankers located in Gaylord Michigan quickly putting out a forest fire that started just a few miles from the cabin using water collected from Burt Lake. The air tankers collected water right in front of the cabin.

Enjoyed our yearly guys fishing trip staying here at this spacious cabin. Weather could have been better but still enjoyed ourselves!

The cabin was so beautiful and fun!Extremely well equipped and maintained.The view of the lake is great and sunsets were awesome!So many things to do. My family loved the shuffle board and corn hole.Chuck was the very friendly, always available.

We stayed at here in October and had a wonderful time! The house and property are beautiful, spacious and offer lots to do our just relax. CLMackinaw as well.

I picked this house because of the cozy looking living room. And it did not disappoint. A beautiful view from the living room was perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee on a chilly morning. A huge kitchen table where we puzzled and played games. The host and his helpers were very accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked.

This is a beautiful cabin. The sunsets on the lake are some of the prettiest I've seen. Chuck the owner is very nice. He texted and called to make sure everything was good. Dean tmanager stopped by on our 1st day to make surr there were no issuessure therr werent N

Home away from home. Charles couldnt have been nicer and accomodating. Highly recommend and would easily rent again.

The cabin is well appointed and very well planned out. The view of the lake is beautiful. It was a reasonable distance for us to be able to go each day to Mackinaw Island.

It was very cute place and wonderful lakefront Owner was great Furnishing are very outdated and the beds as well. kitchen was stocked with all needed utensils great for a family get away

Very nice cottage for a large group. Well stocked. Lots of outside activities. Chuck, Gene and Gordon were very helpful if we needed something additional that we had forgot. Would stay again.

House had everything we needed to stay for the week. Great views ! Clean and comfortable for my whole family. House had great sunsets and we were lucky to catch the Northern Lights ! We brought a wakeboard boat and two jet skis which had solid moorings in the water and the boat ramp was just up the street.

If you’re looking for a great family cabin on Burt lake, this is the spot. We spent endless summer nights playing games in the yard and swimming in the lake followed by bon fires and crayfish hunts. Host is easily accessible and house has so much stuff to make your stay enjoyable and lots of sleeping accommodations for big families. The house sits in a neighborhood- like environment close to neighbors but we had no issues

It was very nice. The cabin was big and the lake out back with a nice dock and ladder. Beautiful lake . Mackinaw island ferry only 30 minutes away
