Upstairs is a loft with a king size bed and a half bath. This is a spacious area and will fit a pack and play if needed. Downstairs is a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a tub. The kitchen is fully furnished and there's a dining table that seats 4. There's a woodburning fireplace with a large TV above for hanging out and relaxing with the family. Outside is a hot tub on the front balcony and it's covered so you can be in it if it's raining and there is a view from the hot tub. The wraparound balcony has a view that is breathtaking and you can sit on the back of it watching the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine or enjoy the sunrise in the morning with coffee. Perfect place to do devotions while watching God's beautiful creation. Once in a while you will have wild turkeys come to visit, raccoons, squirrels, etc.
There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand). You can follow the gravel road from The Loft – go back up and take a sharp left at the T – the road will then curve to the right - to find the gazebo, mountain view area and a bench swing that overlooks Pigeon Forge and the mountains behind it.

There will be a Pickle Ball court on the property in February.

There is a community Firepit behind Tanner Manor Lodge (#1231 Pine Mountain Way, the large brown cabin on the corner). Go behind the cabin and you will see 2 gravel paths, take the one to the left that leads up to the Firepit. There is a hose there to put out the fire after it has been used. If you go down the other gravel road, there’s a well house and on the other side of the well house is a big deck box with outside games (bocce ball, croquet and other games in the future) for your use. Just please put them back after you are finished using them.
There is an EV charger at one of our cabins that is a short walk away. Be sure to bring your adapters if you have a Tesla, the connector is the J1772. Just let Kathryn know if you are going to need to use it while you are there so she can arrange it with the other guests.
Washer & Dryer on the property.

This cute little cabin was just perfect for our stay. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony each day with stunning views - exactly what we were looking for! It was also nice to relax in the hot tub after a long day of adventuring. The host answered my questions quickly, as well. Thanks for a great trip to the Smoky Mountains.

was pleasantly surprised when i stepped out on the back porch and saw the beautiful mountains. Its a bit tricky to get it the location but worth it, this was our first time and would love to do it again soon.
