~ Mountain Life Consideration: Embrace the natural elements—occasional wildlife sightings, unpredictable weather, and possible power outages during snowstorms. We ask guests to follow all safety protocols.
~ Security Measures: Outdoor cameras monitor the cabin's entrances for added safety.
~ You will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please complete the verification at the time of reservation of the property to confirm your booking immediately.

~ Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is collected two days before check-in.
~ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your booking.
