The cabin was solid set up for my wife and pets. I appreciate that the I had an enclosed area to let my dogs outside. All the amenities in the cabin where great kitchen living room bedrooms were comfortable but a little snug but we got by. The fenced area was a bit of a mess yard implements were stacked in a corner. Chairs were stacked in the middle of the deck. A gas can was was on the grill. Just not an area we wanted to spend any time relaxing. Also the driveway bottom out our minivan. They could do something about that driveway especially since you have to pull in from a mai road.

We were looking forward to staying in a seemingly cute house near Big Bear, and were very disappointed with this home. It was not clean, many of the curtains were stained or ripped (and even not actual curtains, but blankets put over windows!), there was a lot of dust in all the rooms, and the worst part was that the back larger room’s heater WAS BROKEN!! There were space heaters, which may have helped had the house had the heat on in the general living space prior to our arrival, but it did not. With lows of 17 degrees, this is unacceptable for any kind of a rental!! We did text the property manager regarding these issues and received a reply that was generic and didn’t help resolve any of the issues. Hopefully they will resolve the issues now, but we wouldn’t recommend this rental property to anyone.
