Lemmon Lodge: Waterside retreat, great lake and mountain views, close to town

It was great weather to sit up on the rooftop deck and have lunch and play cards in the sun. The cabin is great and was nice to walk into town and up and down Grand Ave. Great time!

Amazing and wonderful cabin owned by the loveliest people. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here and make such wonderful memories in such a beautiful place!

We just returned from an absolutely magical stay at this wonderful cabin by the lake in Grand Lake, CO, and it truly exceeded every expectation! The location was perfect, right on the water’s edge and with in walking distance to town. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and impeccably maintained, with plush bedding, a cozy fireplace, and every modern comfort you could want. Our son enjoyed kayaking and catching fish just feet from the cabin! We can’t wait to book our next trip back. Highly recommend to anyone seeking peace, fun, and natural beauty! Thank you for an unforgettable getaway!

Check in is very simple, and the kitchen has everything you need to make any kind of meal.

We loved staying in this wonderful cabin at Lemmon Lodge. Loved having the use of the two kayaks and adult life jackets. Kitchen was very nicely stocked for anything you might need. Was nice seeing spices in the pantry and condiments in the fridge! The views were outstanding! The location is perfect - walk 100 yards to a sandy beach. Walk 5 minutes to town for a great dinner out. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us!

Enjoyed sitting by the river. Thank you for the use of the Kayaks my grand children love it. Their first time kayaking We have been coming to Lemmon Lodge every summer for 23 years. Our first time at cabin 17. Hope to get reservations to go back next year.

Amazing stay

We have been at this cabin several times now and it never disappoints. The location is incredible and we always have the best time. We also noticed the new stove/oven this year, very nice! We are already booked for next year and may go twice next year.

This was our second stay at the cabin--what a magical place! The location is incredible, the Lemmon Lodge beach is wonderful. The owners are so communicative and helpful. We will be back again for sure.

What a wonderful place to take my family on vacation! The cabin was magnificent! Loved everything about it!

The host Jeannette is wonderful. She is quick to reply to any messages and make any unforeseen circumstances right. We stayed during the 4th of July and loved watching the fireworks over the lake. Great location to walk and get food from downtown and bring back to the cabin. My kids loved the sandy beach to dig and play in all day. Ice cream is also just a 3 minute walk away on a hot July day. The black out blinds in the rooms are also a great bonus.

We are so in love with this place!!! This was our 2nd stay, and we couldn’t have asked for more. 1st stay was in the winter, which was gorgeous. This time was in the summer, and even better!!! Took the kayaks out, jumped in the water, and saw some great wildlife (Roxy the fox). Can’t wait to come back soon.

Beautiful spot close to town and great hiking trails. All this in addition to being right on Grand Lake!. Great place for 2-3 people.

Always love staying at your lovely cabin. The only thing I would suggest is new bedding and mattress on the left side is really bad. Had to Put a comforter under the pad

We have been coming to The Lemmon Lodge for many, many years and have always had a wonderful time with friends and family. We carry so many amazing memories and this year is no exception! We love cabin 17 and the proximity to fishing the Point, is great! This is the vacation that we look forward to every year!!!

This was a perfect place to reflect and spend time with your thoughts, and a good book. The view outside the living area windows are what dreams are made of.

Can’t beat the location next to the stream! Mr. Fox visited several times to our delight. Wonderful to watch the pelicans fly into the inlet entrance every evening. Make sure to walk to the wake coffee shop at the marina and order the Colorado cup and also the snack bar across from the beach for homemade ice cream. Fish right off the edge of the inlet entrance with garlic worms and make good use of the cabin’s kayaks to take a tour around the lake! We loved visiting with the local property owners and enjoyed s’mores roasted over the property fire pit. Bring a duffel bag instead of a suitcase cause there’s not enough room lay one open in the bedrooms. Uncomfortable beds/pillows would be the only thing that could be improved upon.

Had a wonderful experience during our weekend getaway. Beautiful location, The fireplace inside added a warm touch on cool evenings, and the deck outside was perfect for morning coffee or late-night stargazing. Only a minute walk from all of the shops and restaurants. Jeannette made booking such a simple and pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay this lovely Waterside Retreat. We stayed with our two adult children and their partners. There was lite snow while we were thee in May, which made the evergreen tree look beautiful. Our sons took an 11 mile hike right from the house. On the hike they saw some waterfalls and 4Moose. I enjoyed having my coffee in the morning while watching the fast moving water move past the house to the lake. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This cabin is perfection. Our family enjoyed our weekend right on the lake. Every detail is well thought out, and the cabin exceeded our every need. The scenery outside couldn't be more beautiful. Our absolute favorite was the rooftop patio. We can't wait to stay here again someday.

Our stay was at the tail end of March, so the snow and ice covered the lake and the inlet. We could see people ice fishing and driving snow mobiles over the frozen lake. No moose, but it was quiet and lovely. The home is rustically beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

We stayed warm. Cabin view was breathtaking. Checkin was easy. Weather was perfect with just enough snow and sun. We went snowmobiling and loved it. At 63 years old, it was an exciting adventure. Thank you for sharing the cabin for vacations. We loved it!enough

4 friends stayed for some weekend ice fishing at the cabin. It’s a stones throw from the water and made for easy access. Town and great restaurants are also an easy walk. The cabin was stocked well with the basics. Everything was super comfy and cozy. I’d highly recommend staying. Thank you, Jeanette !

The cabin is cozy and warm, and a short walk to town, short drive to hot springs and snowshoeing. Jeannette is an excellent and responsive host. Our only problem is that there are three beds listed but the one of us who slept on the pull out couch found it really uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend the cabin to others

Very cozy, quiet little cabin tucked away in Grand lake. Right in the water too! I will definitely be staying here again and will recommend this cabin to my friends and family!

This is a cozy wood cabin right on the lake. There was plenty of space for the four of us to sit around in the living room and enjoy the view. The unit is stocked with many thoughtful anmenities that afeed to our enjoyment. Owners were responsive to our requests. The location at the E end of town is nice and quiet yet convenient to everything. We would like to visit again in the summer.

Lovely 2 bedroom cabin in a great location! The kitchen was stocked with everything one could need and there were books, board games, and movies. The water views were the best part.

Fantastic stay. It’s a little cabin but it has all the essentials and so many windows! Kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfy. The location is the stuff of dreams. We loved our stay so much and will absolutely book again!

The cabin was perfect. Clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cozy, quiet yet close to town, lake rentals and restaurants. The fish did finally bite on our last evening, which made for a great last night. We had a bit of a problem in the heating (was very warm out, yet fireplace was on) but I called Jeanette and she had Donald call and he had it resolved in quick order. Thank you so much for sharing this little piece of paradise. We love it there.
