Stayed Feb 14, 2025we had a wonderful day. It's close to everything but most important it's close to the mountain. We usually stay in Arnold, but Dorrington is closer to the mountain then Arnold so that saved us another 15 minutes. The house was super and we had no problems.

Stayed Feb 12, 2026The cabin was great - such a pretty spot surrounded by the forest! Nick also was great - very communicative and helpful. Everything worked as advertised, the beds were comfortable and Nick and his cleaning service were accommodating and helpful in facilitating us stopping back by after checkout to grab a jacket we had forgotten/left hanging on a hook behind the front door. Thank you Nick!

Stayed Dec 31, 2025We had the most amazing vacation here. The cabin, had everything. The fire place was ready to go for us, the kitchen had everything we needed, there were electric blankets. It is in a great location, easy to get to. Absolutely beautiful views. We went hiking around the cabin, my dog loved that.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025It’s the perfect cabin in the woods. It worked out especially well for our two dogs. Spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was great and the big television was nice to watch in the evening. The host was very accommodating and responsive… he even had the heat turned on prior to our arrival so we were nice and cozy from the moment we stepped inside. We will definitely stay there again in the future. Thanks!

Stayed Dec 31, 2024We had a great time staying here. The kids loved the house and property, and everyone was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful - we loved taking the dog on walks on the road behind the house. It was a convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Check in and out was easy, and we genuinely felt like guests. We definitely plan to return - my 5-yr-old cried all the way home because he was so sad to leave.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Everything about this property was as advertised. Such a cozy space that accommodated the 8 humans and 4 dogs very comfortably. (Even with only 1 bathroom.) Thank you Nick for allowing us to add 2 more dogs. The kitchen was the perfect spot for us to all eat together and enjoy our time playing games. We also enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the back. A wide open space that was beautiful and peaceful. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed exploring. Thank you Nick for sharing your home with us

Stayed Dec 11, 2024Stayed with family, lots of teenagers. We had plenty to do, and some good internet provided by the cabin. Kitchen/dining room was very roomy and kids could play games while adults cooked/hung out.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We stayed here with some friends and had a great time! The house is cozy but it was warm, clean and we made lots use of the fire pit outside. It’s got a good amount of space around it which was great for the dogs. It’s right across from camp Connell general store and it was an easy trip up to Lake Alpine and down into Arnold.
