Large Smoky Mountain Lodge Built for Family Fun and Group Getaways

This was a great cabin for our church small group! Such a sweet blessing! Great communication and very clean!

Facilitate was nice, kids enjoyed hot tube, pool, and air hockey. Nice location. Kitchen a bit small, and floor could have been cleaner. Rooms were comfortable, suggest having a few hangers in the closets. Clothes that needed hung made it a bit difficult. We were there for a wedding which required dress clothes. Overall a good place for us to stay.

Very cozy and roomy!!

House was awesome the host was super easy to communicate with and the location was fantastic! The house was not super clean when we got there there was coffee in the kitchen on the floor both the coffee pots hadn't been rinsed out and the downstairs carpets probably could use a vacuum LOL but 100% no complaints because they got us in with a less than 24-hour notice when our other cabin company bailed on us! Having a house full of house cleaners LOL we noticed Dusty fans little nitpicky deep cleaning issues that might want to be addressed for future more along the lines of that spring cleaning! But overall a beautiful cabin we would definitely rent from them again!

The only thing was we couldn't get the wifi to connect. It was a wonderful cabin.

Excellent, everything we could expect.

We were a large group of family members in town for the University of Tennessee graduation. Home accommodated all of us comfortably. Hot tub pool table and air hockey was wonderful entertainment. Loved the porches and all the rocking chairs.

A group of ladies (16) came to go to a conferences at the lecante center. Easy access to find the home, parking was good for up to 5 cars. House was clean. Beds felt good.Front porch rocking , and hot tub conversations were good!

The property was cleaned. Easy and fast communication. The cabin was big and great size for our whole family to enjoy. Just what we expected. Highly recommend this cabin for your next gate away.

We loved everything

We came for my daughters bday and a family spring break trip. The place was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Only negative is all the carpenter bees around the front porch/entrance! There were a ton!!!

This was a long awaited family gathering of my family and ALL of my grandchildren, which is a rarity. The accommodations were perfect for us. Tha cabin is very spacious and our group of 15 were very comfortable. wodefinitely

The property was amazing. Very fitting for our large group! No need to go anywhere with such a great cabin to enjoy all the amenities there. Host was great and responded very quickly.

Suited our need perfectly. Beautiful house plenty of room for family time. Views well not so mutch but thats not why we were there. Will do it again.

Our over all experience was pretty good. We have some issues with the internet, the sinks kept stopping up the mattresses were hard as a rock and the water never got real hot. But over all it was pretty good.

Great stay

Our stay was wonderful and we had everything we needed. We had a little trouble with one of the tv’s connecting to internet and the propane ran out for the grills. We reached out to the management company and they came and took care of us. It was such a refreshing experience to have such constant contact with the management team! Customer service and communication receives 10 stars! Thank you for helping make our families holiday memorable!

Great property with tons of space for families and super close to grocery stores! Having the blackstone is awesome! Would definitely book again!

Overall, this property was a good fit for our volleyball team. There were a few cleanliness issues. The dishwasher was very moldy. Some of the pots and pans were very dusty. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Great property for muiltiple families

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Great accommodations for a large group! We did have an AC issue and they resolved it very quickly!

Overall our stay was great and thank you for the lodging. While we were there you need to replace and update a few things. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes as the hot water is not hot enough to clean any cooking grease that is on the dishes. We had to heat water on the stove to hand wash and clean the dishes. The dishwasher is moldy and MUST be replaced and the hot water needs to be turned up to clean any dishes. When we arrived there was dirty paper towels all over the deck by the grills. The hot tub cover is disintegrating and needs to be replaced (it was like that when we arrived) and the water needs to be treated while the guest are there as the water is gross by the end of the week. Door handles that need to be adjusted so they latch are laundry room door, downstairs bathroom closet door and second floor outside door has issues with locking.
