The host was welcoming and very responsive. We had some issues with water pressure and hot water but the host did send out someone to check it promptly. Our family enjoyed the area for family Christmas!

Great house for our extended family reunion due to number of bedrooms/private bathrooms. A couple of small maintenance issues were addressed immediately by host during our stay. House is not far from local attractions. We had a great week!

Our extensive family included several toddlers and new babies, so the ability to assign rooms to individual families was important to us. The listing was accurate and accommodating. The manager / owners answered all of our questions, and there were many ahead of our stay. We are so grateful and this being our first family impression of the area is very positive based on our lodging experience. The greater Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area offer so much to do for all ages. My family and I are all so pleased with the overall experience. Thank you so much!

We had 30 people stay for a family reunion (ages 1-65). The house was well kept, but there are a few things to note:- Bring your own dish sponges- There is very little sound proofing- Nowhere to escape the madness :) I wish there was a yard or something similar, but I don’t think many places in the area have that—all the houses nearby are built into the side of a mountain. - I’d suggest that the host put the game room & bunk rooms in the basement (so that the rest of the house doesn’t hear the kids running around up above). All in all, a good stay. Host was very responsive.

Had a family reunion with 50 people. The hosts were FANTABULOUS to deal with. Any time I had a question they replied very soon. Cabin was very clean and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and again the hosts were very good at getting back to me with any questions. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

The cabin was very nice. It had a ton of space with lots of rooms. It had 2 stoves which helped tremendously. The cabin had 2 hot tubs which were both used. There was plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again.

We arrived to a very clean cabin. It was well used but felt welcoming and you had the feeling that things were updated some. We noticed a few things that needed attention such as a light flickering non stop (too high for us to fix). The lighting in the cabin seemed a little dark overall. The front steps are definitely becoming a hazard and will need to be re-done soon. Overall, no complaints and it was a very relaxing stay. Our only major issue had nothing to do with our cabin. The cabin next to us had an extremely large group with a ton of vehicles and apparently they felt entitled to park and block the other cabins. We had to call our management and they had to reach out to the owner of the other cabin. Our manager was very responsive and did her best to resolve the issue promptly.

We hosted a large family reunion and this place was wonderful with enough bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The hot tubs were a great hit with kids and adults. Our family also enjoyed the community pool which was also well maintained. The nearby locked trash cans was also helpful. The host was quick to respond to all our queries. The only issue was the doors to few bathrooms was getting locked and the keypad didn't work for a certain time and we got locked out for an hour or so. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

This large cabin was perfect for our large family reunion of 24 adults and 21 kids (ages of 9 months to 17 years)!! We loved that each family had their own room and the kids had a place to go play or watch movies while all the adults gathered on the main floor. Upstairs had a foosball table, a pool table, and a place to play video games. The 2 hot tubs were fun. We played card & board games and ate together at the large tables. There was enough room with 2 fridges for breakfast and lunch items too! We had most of our dinners catered and that worked out great! We were a little disappointed in the lack of good lighting in the kitchen and how warm the main level was during our stay. The upstairs was very warm the first day we were there and the back upstairs room didn’t get much cooler even after buying some box fans to help circulate the air. I did not reach out to the host with this though and later realized I should have as it was still warm on the day we left. Overall, this cabin had great amenities with a community pool! The location was just right, only a few minutes away from the main street in Pigeon Forge yet still on a mountain far enough away to provide a cozy, quiet atmosphere to feel like you’re away on a relaxing vacation. The hosts were wonderful and very quick to respond to my questions whenever I reached out.

Perfect size for our family. Games and hot tub to keep the kids busy and happy. The dual refrigerators were a life saver. Plenty of free parking in front of the cabin. Town was 10 minutes away by car and all of the activities it had to offer. Golf course was 15 minutes away. Quiet and serene. The mother bear and her cubs visiting was a bonus. Great place for a large group. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to replace the drawers in the refrigerator on the left and to install the shelves on both refrigerators to assist with storage and capacity.
