Stayed Aug 29, 2025Our sheets were dirty and had hair and makeup on the pillow cases. Right when we got there we had to go buy toilet paper. The house overall was clean, but knowing the sheets had not been washed was gross. The dock was super nice.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Great location, easy check-in, cold AC! We had a blast! The private dock was nice since we had 2 boats. The only thing I noticed was when we were checking out and going through the rules, we went to load the dishwasher, but couldn’t find one. So we just did them by hand. Not a big deal though.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025Never received checkin instructions with code for entry. Had to call VRBO to get in. Lovely conversation via VRBO with the owner who gave me the code. First morning to make breakfast the A/C was tripped and went out. It was immediately 82 degrees in the home with calls and texts unanswered. While we were out on our boat a service person had to enter the home to fix it. Slept nicely but next morning, while making breakfast, the A/C went out again. Again there was not immediate response to the fact that it had gone out once again, and again it was extremely hot in the property while we were getting things together to vacate the property. A charming, nostalgic home but this headache was not worth it!

Stayed May 14, 2025One of the sole reasons people rent this home I'm sure is because of the floating dock you have access to. I rented the home for this reason and was not told the dock was not usable because the bridge walkway to the dock was under water. Very disappointed!

Stayed May 1, 2025Stay was very good, unfortunately lake was flooding and we couldn’t use the dock and the fishing was inhibited. Cabin was as expected and propert in good condition

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Great location on Lake Texoma. Plenty of room to entertain and visit with friends. Excellent outdoor seating an close walk to onsite private dock. Ample parking. Great air conditioning.
