Lakeshore Lily Pad

Very cute and homey. Loved it!!!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The property is absolutely adorable and even though you are right outside of town you still feel like you are away. We were happy with everything and will definitely go back! Only wish we knew how to rent out the entire property but there are multiple owners.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Snacks and coffee were provided and were a nice surprise. Easy check in. Couldn't get heater to work but temperatures were moderate so got by without it. Love that this place is dog friendly.

Very relaxing and enjoyable.

This was something different for us. A quiet little cabin nestled beautifully among the trees beside the water. Very cozy and comfortable. I had a little trouble when I arrived getting the door unlocked (turned out to be my own fault for not knowing how to operate the key box properly). I messaged Matthew and he was very prompt with help and got my situation resolved immediately and we were in. All in all a great experience and when we are in the area again we will stay here again.

Great little cozy cabin with water front and dock right outside the door. The cabin is small, but has everything you need inside for a comfortable stay. (Microwave, toaster, dishes, coffee maker) Outside is a nice private deck and grill. There are a couple community fire pits too. Host was great with good communication close to check-in. Walking distance to downtown main street and grocery store a plus. Would definately stay again!

Everything we needed

This was a perfect little cabin for a quick weekend getaway. It was walkable to town, yet it felt tucked away in the woods. The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

The property was clean, easy to access and very cozy. I was only here for one night but am hoping to bring the dogs back for a longer stay.

Beautiful cabin and view! Cozy area with Lakeview and firepit! Close enough to anything you might need, but surrounded by trees with a lake to feel far out in the country. Can't wait to go back!!

Great place to stay.

Super cute, clean cabin and exactly as described. Good spot if you’re traveling with a dog—lots of nearby areas to walk and run (even in winter, with snowmobile trails close by). Cabins are close to one another which wasn’t a concern for us but something to note if you are looking for privacy. Also only about a 2-minute drive from downtown, so everything is super accessible. Communication with the host, Matt, was also great. Would absolutely stay again!

Amenities and place were clean and cozy! Extra blankets and pillows were a plus :) we will definitely be back!

The cabin was amazing! Quoted by my husband it looked like the Shire So cozy and could dock the boat up for easy access fishing thorought our stay! Loved it!

The property is beautiful and close to the down town and places to eat. We were fortunate to have the Hayward Fall Festival going on while we were in town.

Very cute little cabin. Just sold our cabin after 30 yrs. a yr ago & the hunter green decor reminded us of our’s. Good system, once found out how to work the lock box.

Fantastic, it was everything we expected and more! Excellent bed, clean and spacious, great location, enjoyed firepit, very dog friendly. It was a quiet peaceful stay, we will be back.

Cabin was clean and inviting. Facing the lake. We spent most of our time outside by the firepit or on the dock. Lots of trees on the property for shade. Coffee bar was awesome. Matt communicated everything we needed to know. We loved our stay. Thank you.

We loved our stay at the Lily Pad cabin in Hayward. It was so clean, quaint and conveniently located near everything we needed to make our wedding night the best night ever.

Fantastic. That really sums it all up

This is the second time we have stayed on this property and had another fantastic trip. The cabin is clean and well equipped. The location is great. It is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the grocery store. We were even able to buy fire wood on the property to make S’mores. The host is very responsive and provides all the information you need. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice cabin for 2. Nicely tucked away, yet close to everything. Quiet place to relax. Has all the comforts of a vacation get away.

Communication about the property was crystal clear from the begining. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Check in was a breeze. The cabin was super clean and well taken care of. Amazing fishing right from the boat dock on the property (we caught around 60 fish in 3 hours). Check out was just as easy as check in. I'll be back for sure no doubt about it!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. The only reason I took one star off for the location was proximity of the highway. On the plus side everything is within a walking distance.

The cabin was very nice, with great amenities. It was clean and centrally located, but very quiet also. It is right on the river and had a great view. There are fire pits, BBQ's, chairs, tables, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The interior was clean and very nice. I brought more than I needed as the cabin was fully stocked. Really enjoyed myself, I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin with so many cozy touches from the coffee bar to the games in the cabinet. We will be back every year.

Cabin was clean and the grounds were surprisingly nice for a spot right off the main road through Hayward. The AC was ice cold when it was 90 and humid out. The front door lock was a little finicky, not sure if it was the humidity or what. The bathroom is also very small. Wifi worked great.

Second time to the area. Clean cabin with a lovely view. The coffee bar was magnificent! Great hosts!

Was not happy with the cabin we stadium ran out of toilet paper only two towels for the week and four washcloths for the week. No dish rags floors were filthy mold under the mattress in the height of bed, which I got allergies from after I got home the doctor said my allergy was caused from that mold

Very unhappy about cabin, we stayed in only two bath towels for the whole week or wash rags no dish towels was not cleaned very well not enough toilet paper inside shower curtain was filthy. Had to call manager about your utensils on the grill and mold on the pullout bed on the couch, which I ended up getting allergies from which I am still suffering from which I found out from the doctor. The allergies I have came from the mold in the cabin from the mattress will not stay in the cabin ever again.

Cozy and inviting!! The lights on cabin brought a nice atmosphere. Impressed with the cleanliness. Appreciated all the little snacks. Matches and sticks for the fire. Matthew was helpful in giving instructions.

We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. This was exactly what we needed for a couple’s weekend away. It got pretty chilly out and we were never cold - well equipped with two modes of heat and many extras (blanket, pillows, etc.) Very clean, host is extremely friendly and thorough with check. In and check out. We hope to come back and visit soon!

It was cozy and just perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed having a fire Friday and Saturday night. We loved all the shops and restaurants/bars nearby. We will definitely be back if we ever visit Hayward again.

The Lilly pad was a great cabin for me and my best friend while we were in Hayward. Loved the central location along with being on the water!

This property is a great place to stay when looking to be in town very close to everything. The cabin was very clean and had everything needed for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay. We even saw deer right off the lake in front of our cabin and the night sky is so beautiful 😍

The best place in Hayward to stay. Close to everything yet snuggled away in privacy. Loved the egg swing on the deck. Will definitely come back!!

Cute cabin. Feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere but conveniently close to everything. Fully stocked with coffee and some snacks.

We are in our mid 70s and used to love to camp. Health issues have curtailed that activity quite a bit, but staying in this little cabin on the lake was a nice alternative for us. We enjoyed our stay.
