Lakefront Walker Home w/ Boat Dock & Lift!

House was in great conditions and beds were very comfortable. Very nice bathrooms and kitchen. TV set up was very good with cable. Everything worked well and dock came in very handy as we were a group of fishermen with our own 16.5 foot boat. Patio and grill plus fire pit were also very nice. Parking was excellent for both our pickup truck and boat trailer. House had everything we needed.

Situated on a lovely piece of land that gets sunrise over the bay and sunset over the lake, this house was a lovely weekend for our family. We enjoyed the comfy beds, fireplace, and well-tended outdoor space. There's a min-beach with rocks walls for exploring. The proximity to bike trails let us ride into town one day. The kitchen was well furnished, as were the bathrooms, including thoughtful items like hand-cream (because, Minnesota.) We didn't use the grill or screened-in porch. Abundant, plush towels. Everything was well cleaned when we arrived. What I most appreciated was the quality of the light moving through the trees. The sun was always to the south of the house, which has many S-facing windows. It was a great place to sit and read.

We had a pleasant stay on the property. Contact with the owner was greatly appreciated. Lovely view to enjoy coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening.

We had a great stay. The location is private at the end of a drive and perfect for sunset views. Proximity to Walker is perfect and it’s an easy short drive to Park Rapids, Bemidji, and Itasca State part. The dock and boat lift were new and very nice. The owner was very timely with responses to our questions. It was a great fall fishing getaway, will stay again.

Great views, close to town, we spent a lot of time sitting on the bench on the dock in the sun. Quit neighborhood.

House is in quiet neighborhood and views from great room are amazing. Bathrooms are small but updated. Some areas could use a deeper cleaning and deadbolt on back door did not always engage without coaxing. The water in shower did not feel like it rinsed off completely. Suggest you add grab bars in bathrooms for safety. shorwering

Simply put, this is the nicest lake property we’ve ever stayed at. The house is newly remodeled & remodeled well. The property is a true gem with hundreds of feet of shoreline & 2 docks. The house is clean & thoughtfully appointed with comfortable beds & living furniture. The bathrooms are clean & beautifully updated, the kitchen is well stocked & clean, the living space is clean & comfortable. We caught fish from both docks & the boat lift worked perfectly for our 20’ fiberglass deck boat. The fire pit was a lot of fun, the sunsets & moon rises (both which you can watch from the property) were amazing. We hope to return next year!

We enjoying staying here, hate to give a great review, would love to keep it a secret, but it's such a great space! Everything you need, lots of special touches, lots of room for a group if stuck inside (which did not happen for us). Looking forward to staying again!

All accommodations were spot on. We had a great week of fishing and relaxation. Golf courses in the area are top notch also. Great place to stay and we will be back.
