Stayed Dec 29, 20232 stars for the property owner. -3 stars for the unprofessional property manager in need of anger management The property manager was so unprofessional it absolutely blew our minds.. My family and I were already on our way and scheduled to arrive 30 minutes after our agreed upon time, I courtesy texted management to let her know. She told us to rent a hotel room because she would already be asleep.. (30 minutes after our agreed upon time?) She proceeds to yell like a child throwing a tantrum and hangs up the phone while pretending to lose reception, stating I cant hear you, hello? when we could hear her perfectly fine. We ended up turning around a fully packed car with my wife and 2 year old child and going home. In all honesty this experience with the manager was the last thing I would expect when spending the amount we did on a 3 night stay.
