What stood out the most was the view and pond and how CLEAN the floors were. Truly is the only cabin I'd rerent and we are fixing to book to come back in the summer. Hottub doesn't leak and works fine(very hot). They even called us the next day to check in and make sure everything was okay. The only 2 things I can say is a down fall was the well water, even though it had a water softener, it still had a rough smell BUT that is apart of it in the mountains where that is the only option. You really can come here, bring all your things and just stay. There is no need to leave for any entertainment.

The pool was amazing and such a treat!I would have loved to give a higher rating but the overall state of the cabin is what is being reflected with this rating.

Overall, the property and house are not bad although the pictures are misleading. For example, the cabin is not secluded as it seems, there are rentals all around the lake. The pool is smaller than it seems in the pictures and the chemicals were off/only one pump was working so it was murky but usable for us (and it was nice to have when it was in the 90s).The pool table is not standard size, is stained and the foosball table, well, let just say both had seen better days. The water pressure in the house is not good so showering became a bit of running joke for us. There are several things throughout the house & outside that have clearly been fixed by a bit of rigging or good enough approach. In the end, if you're looking for perfection or are high strung, this isn't the place. if you're more laid back, go with the flow kinda folks, this is a good place to stay! It is close to everything without being in the mix of things. Does have a pretty view and there are fish in the lake if that's your thing. The management company was easy to work with. We simply reported all of the big things that were not working (e.g. ice maker, hot tub) and while they offered to address them, we declined (we're more the go with the flow folks). Would I stay here again, yes. Especially now I know what to expect but coming in for the first time, it was a bit disappointing. That all being said, we enjoyed our stay

The basement bedroom had 1.5-2 inches of water from Monday on. We had to have maintenance come out 2 times, a 3rd was requested but no one ever showed up, to clean up the water. A plumber was also sent out during our stay. We were told of a leak somewhere on the property 5 minutes before we checked in and that a plumber would come on Monday. The plumber never showed, and the problem just kept getting worse. Both times that maintenance came out we had to wait about 2 hours for them to come because we had to let them in. Other than the water issue, the cabin was out dated, but still nice. The only other problem issue that we had was that the water for the cabin was sulfur water so it had a smell. Nothing bad, just a preference

PROS:*convenient location*good communicationCONS:*advertised as having two queen beds in the loft but there was only one. So three of the beds are pull out sofa beds, one of which was not sleepable. The mattress was only springs Had ZERO cushion I’m really glad we didn’t have 12 people as it falsely advertised it could sleep. *advertised as 4 bathroom. Please note that one of the bathrooms is outside. We didn’t even see it so thought there were only three. I can’t imagine what it was like considering the outside was not maintained real well. The nicest bathroom had an unusable shower because it smelled like rotten eggs. Looking back at the reviews this has been a problem for awhile. Guess they don’t intend to fix it…? The main floor master bathroom was so tiny and so awkward. Very poorly designed. And the shower had almost no pressure. Very hard to even rinse the soap off.*in my personal opinion, too many Knick knacks and decorations. I had to move things off the counter to even make room to use the counters more efficiently. Visitors don’t need so much stuff to make them feel welcome. In fact, less is more in this department. *another pet peeve is no real nightstands beside the master bed due to the tightness of the room. Just these little triangles nailed into the corners. So small, almost useless. And outlets were not very close to use for phone charging by the bed. That is just a personal issue, others might not find it annoying.

Overall our experience was great. We definitely were not prepared for the hill to get down to the cabin. It took us a few times past it to find the road and when we did it was scary. Sadly the hot water to the Jacuzzi in the master bathroom did not work. The hot tub outside is nice but because it is well water we could not stand the smell so we only used it once. The cabin has a beautiful view of the mountains and is really nice overall. Just a few minor issues but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cabin was awesome . Had a great time . The outside area of the property needs a little maintenance.. lake area needs clearing and some of the deck furniture needs repaired .. hot tub has a leak when the jets are turned on .. not complaining just a few things that need repaired for your next guest .. over all very satisfied..

Pros: Beautiful view Cons: Property managers are not doing maintenance and upkeep. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable, pillows have stains, no water pressure in master bath and main floor left sink. Strong rotten egg smell (Sulphur) in well water. A filter for this should be obtained instead of telling guests it’s normal and won’t hurt you. We would not recommend this cabin to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin had just enough for what we needed. We enjoyed the games in the basement and the lake front property. The only concern is that the pool looked a little murky and we did not use. Our kids were very excited to swim and we were a little disappointed that the pool looked unclean. Other wise it was a nice property and a fun trip.

The cabin was nice! It does seem to need a few updates (paint, minor cosmetics). Pool and hot tub were clean the entire time. Used alot. The water pressure needs to be better. Very close to the strip with everything you can think of! Overall it was a great experience and amazing vacation with our family!

Chose this cabin for the pool. Never got to sw die to the pool being green and dirty. Came and cleaned the pool the last day we were there. Told us we would be able to swim the day we were leaving. This was what our kids looked most forward to. Cleanliness was was minimal. Only basic. Windows ,base boards, pourches were very dirty and cobwebs everywhere. Hot tub filters were black. Spreads on the master bed was nasty. It had something white all over the underside. Washing machine was git or miss. Took all day to wash a load of towels. The railing above the pool deck was very loose and the heads of the nails on the deck steps were raised. This is a techness shot ready to happen. There was no water preasure. Pictures addvertisting property is not reflective of what property lookslike now. Alot of wear and tare since photos were last taken. Management knew we were coming but failed to have the pool cleaned. Tried to say it was because of rain and said chemicals were good but when pool guy came he added alot of chemicals and had to srub all the algae off the sides and bottom of pool. No one would put their kids ina pool that looked like that. You could not see the bottom are the sides of pool. The lake looked cleaner than pool. At least you could see the bottom of it. I requested for a manager to call me never heard from anyone. I dont even know why reviews are done because they don't actually care how your trip is. Roku continuisley went off.
