The home was clean, had more than enough room for our large family. Zachary stayed in contact, even though I didn't. Lol , We were all enjoying the peace. Definitely recommend.

All around nice stay!

My family celebrated Thanksgiving/Christmas early since my husband and I will be out of state soon. We had perfect weather during our stay! The cabin was very cozy and furnished with everything you could need. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were sooo comfortable. Zac, our host, checked in with me and shared the directions to a secluded and beautiful area to visit. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!

You can't beat this location. We were grateful to have the lake access and enough room to relax with family. Needs a little TLC but it was clean and comfortable.

We were very happy with our stay. The home was beautiful and the host, Zac, was exceptionally accommodating. The location was great for all the activities my wife and her sister wanted, mainly hiking. Would highly recommend this property.

Dock access was amazing and saved hours each day not having to pack and launch the boat and retrive it.Kitchen had all the items we need to eat like kings and queens. Check in was a breeze.

Excellent property! My family and friends enjoyed the amenities inside and outside the house. The boat dock was perfect for our pontoon, water trampoline and relaxing. The boat ramp was conveniently located close to the property. The kitchen was well equipped. The host was very responsive.

This is an OUTSTANDING property. This is our 3rd time renting this home and we will be back again!!!The living area and kitchen are big enough for our whole family (4 adults and 3 kids) to spread out. The dock is wonderful. We really enjoy being able to have our boat and jet ski a short walk away instead of having to drive to a marina every day.

Family had a great time. We go to Cumberland every year to visit family and love it. The dock is super convenient!

We rent this house every year. We always have a great time. The upgrades the owner has made to the dock are fantastic. The owner is very attentive if you need anything. We don't play pool but the pool table is nice to have if you do. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend.

While the home is older, you could tell it has been well taken care of! Modern touches make this the perfect family friendly getaway. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the dock. We rented a pontoon from the Burnside marina, and my husband was able to just pick us up from the dock. We enjoyed the plethora of games, and the kids were able to have a movie night, thanks to their Amazon prime account already having the Minecraft movie purchased. We have already been talking of the next time we can come down.

We had a great time! There was plenty of open space in the house for a big group and it was nice to have the dock to ourselves.

We have stayed at this cabin a few times in the past 3 years. The location to Burnside Marina, the deck looking over the lake and the openness of the living space is ideal for a large group. Great Weekend

The place was very clean and everything we wanted.

The cabin has a dock that is fairly big and has a ladder to get in and out of the water. It's a steep walk to the dock, but this property way better access to the water than the other surrounding properties. The dock is in great condition, too. We would pick this property again solely on accessibility to the water compared to the surrounding properties. The cabin is well maintained and very clean. The property owners were very responsive when we reached out. The view from the top deck was great as well. The location is great - you are far enough from town to feel like you are getting away but close enough where travel into town isn't a long endeavor. We were able to get Doordash delivery and Walmart delivery as well. We had a great time and we're already talking about coming back again.

This is our second year to rent this same house, and this time we were able to stay for 13 days. The property is very well maintained-brand new dock this year and the very large decks have been freshly painted. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The owner checked in with us early in our stay, and was very responsive when we had a minor dryer issue later in our stay. We are already looking at dates for next year’s stay!! Thanks for helping our family make wonderful new Lake Cumberland memories.

In town for a family reunion. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the boats go by.

The biggest draw for us regarding this property was the boat dock. The road leading into the property was very narrow but luckily had light traffic. Not having to navigate a boat ramp twice a day, driving a boat trailer in and out and waiting in line to load and unload was a nice convenience. The place was clean with a well apportioned kitchen, plenty of towels, and fast internet.

We were very pleased with direct access to a private dock right on the lake. The closeness of the boat ramp was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the wildlife around the area - owls, woodpeckers, deer. All very peaceful with a great lake view from the deck. The house was very clean, well stocked and spacious for all of us. Great place to stay!
