Lake Eufaula Retreat w/ Boat Slip & Fireplace!

Updates in kitchen/dining, master bath and living area made this a comfortable place to spend time with our family. Golf cart was a fun way to experience the area when lake fun is out of season.

Oh man! The host was fantastic and accommodating! There were issues that i had due to weather and wirhout hesitation he immediately was accommodating! I cannot wait to stay at his property again!

The owner was super nice! Place was ok for my family but wouldn’t recommend for elderly folks.

The layout is a little strange, with all the rooms only accessible from exterior doors and exterior stairs. House is nicely stocked with all the kitchen supplies you need. Beds were very comfortable. Golf cart available for drive over to boat slip. Overall a great property in an ideal location on Eufala.

House was great for our group of 10, ages 16! Boat launch and dock just a short walk away or use the golf cart!

The house had plenty of room for my family of 13 people. There were plenty of beds with a king size left empty. Due to the type of house you had to access the different levels with outside stairs. Fortunately, there was one bedroom on the ground level for my parents. Though there was a family room on the second level, we mainly gathered in the ground floor small kitchen/living space due to stairs being a challenge for my parents and being able to prepare meals. It was a little overwhelming for all of us to share the dining table/ kitchen/ living space all at once. Overall, it served our needs in an untypical way. Water was near by, but not really a beach space without having to drive to one. The water was high so cannot comment on the floating dock since it was inaccessible. Due to having to drive on a steep curvy gravel road for a bit, it’s best to have a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. It can be scary to go uphill on a particular curve and fishtail for a bit to make it without getting stuck and losing your car’s momentum. James was quick to respond to questions via email and text. We appreciated it! Overall, it’s a beautiful location within driving distance to Evergreen Marina to rent a boat for part of the day and to the beach at Highway 9 Landing Campground for $5 per vehicle day pass. Restaurants are all within 25-30 minutes of this house.

We had a great time at the house. James was very helpful and responsive! The kitchen was well stocked. There are different levels of the house so each family could have their own space. The dock was about a 5 min walk away! The beds were very comfortable. The lake is beautiful and there are some good spots to swim, play on the beach, tube and wakeboard.

Stayed for 3 nights for our annual reunion and had a great time! The place was great and James was very helpful

Thw property was very clean, had lots of extra amenities like a golf cart, blackstone, fire pit, they even had a tube we could use for our boat. The host was wonderful in communicating with us before and during our stay. Each floor (there are 3) is like its own little separate living quarter's.

It was our first time in Oklahoma. We had a great time. We did a guided fishing trip. We took a great boat ride and did some jumping of rocks. And the kids loved the Jellystone water park. We had some good family time together.
