So beautiful house .. our first family vacation in 6 years after my son hearts transplant surgery… my twin kids had an awesome time … for sure we will come… perfect house

Excellent stay

Preparedness, it has everything we needed and more.

Our stay at the cabin was excellent. It came equipped with everything we needed including a crib for our baby. Entire home was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was great too. Close to major attractions including Hawksnest Snow Tubing.

The house was very comfortable and helped us relax. The property management company was very responsive and highly attentive. The neighborhood was beautiful and very safe.

All expecrations were met! We spent 3 snowy days at this warm and cozy, well furnished cabin that had all the amenities. The king bed was very comfortable. Great location, close to everything. Definitely on our return list!

Very clean, quiet, and open cabin! We loved the back porch overlooking the mountains (and even had a few deer visitors who were pretty nonchalant about us being there). The beds were comfortable, and we had all the necessary items for our stay. We would recommend to anyone who needs a quiet mountain place with great views. I think it's best if you have 4 travelers or fewer, overall; the daybed will work fine but is best for someone who is not tall, like a younger child.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, well stocked and cozy. It was near restaurants and things to do, yet the house itself was private. Check in and check out was easy.

The cabin is spacious and beautiful with a wrap around porch full of seating. We are a family of 4 and each teen had their own room. Plenty of tvs to go around. Very close to near by attractions and Blue Ridge Pkway but you are also tucked away from the town with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The only reason for 4 stars was the master bedroom bed was very soft and unfortunately caused back pain for both my husband and me. Also, the cleaning company did not run the garbage disposal from the renters so the kitchen smelled pretty horrible the first couple of nights. We used baking soda and vinegar to resolve the issue over time. We would definitely stay again just wanted to let the owners know about the master bed.

Really appreciated same level from door access to the driveway. House was well appointed. Living room furniture was very comfortable.

We wanted the cabin vibe for our ski vacation and La Casita delivered. Some of our favorite highlights about this property: Amazing, real flame instant fireplace with the push of a button; sofa’s and armchair all have recliners; Master bedroom downstairs/teens able to have the upstairs to themselves; TV’s in all bedroom’s (upon arrival we discovered the MB and LR TV’s had been replaced with MUCH bigger ones since the photo’s were taken which was a huge bonus); the Jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a day spent siking; Incredible views off the back deck and the location is so quiet and peaceful. We also loved that the blinds blocked all the light in the morning, so no sun streaming in and waking you up. There were plenty of supplies at the cabin. We stayed 9 nights and did not want for, or run out of anything. We have high standards and we 10/10 loved our stay and would absolutely book La Casita again in a heartbeat.

We were there for my daughter’s graduation from App State and this house is phenomenal. I would absolutely stay here again no questions asked
