Stayed Aug 8, 2025Very nice cottage-like home. Modern interior. All the necessary amenities in the kitchen. Right next to the TART trail. Limited parking right next to the building if you have multiple vehicles. You'll have to park in a lot down the block.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023This property consists of multiple units close to each other, off a main road, with a pretty creek behind the units. Very, very nicely done, comfortable beds, amazing bathrooms, high ceilings, overall a very nice place. Also right on the TART trail and close to Traverse City. One thing to note is that the units, while tucked back from the road, are near a main road, so if you are looking for woodland seclusion, this may not suit you. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Oct 18, 2023We had a great stay in cabin 12. It is the perfect set up for a family of two teenage boys. Location is great. Quiet and peaceful back deck to enjoy nature. Had all the amenities we needed and located just outside downtown TC making it perfect for us to get to everything we wanted to do. Owner was great and accessible if we needed anything. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!
